We usually order our food to go and we are never satisfied with it. no spices and never as advertised. We will not be going back to chilli's again after this.

My wife just left here on 2/2625 in the afternoon with two meals for us. Several weeks ago we ordered the same takeout and mine was the Ultimate Cajun Chicken Pasta and when I opened it I discovered all the sauce had drained into a hundred little crevices on the bottom of the plastic container. Today she asked them to use a flat bottom container or put some foil on the bottom to save the sauce. The rude young girl said she asked the manager and the manager said no. Excuse me, are the paying customers or what here? Unbelievable never going to this garbage restaurant again. I added a picture as well with the sauce on the bottom!!

My sister and I arrived about 15 minutes to 8pm & there weren’t many people in the restaurant but we were told that they’ll be a 30-45 minute wait. so we opted to give them our number to text us when our table was ready. After 45 minutes we never received a text that our table was ready so we just went back inside. The young white guy told us that we wouldn’t be able to be seated because the kitchen needed a break and when we asked why we didn’t get a text or courtesy call he said he didn’t know if he could.

The burger was overcooked badly. It was all charred when we asked for rare. Then the sliders in the app were all charred and you had no taste but the charred burnt crust on it. We sent both my triple dipper back and the burger. The second time around my husbands burger was not what he had asked for, but it was pretty obvious they reused the same buns for his burger and for the sliders. The slider buns when my triple dipper can back were almost hard and way over toasted. The chicken strips were way over cooked and dry, so I know they reheated those. And they were so greasy that the grease was all over the plate. By the time that my food came back to me, after I sent it back the first time, I had to eat it. It was horrible. This Chili's has been horrible for a long time. The cooks can't cook. The waitstaff is inattentive. It took the bartender who was our waitress, too, 10 minutes to bring us napkins and silverware. We asked for more of the ranch for the egg rolls, 5 minutes later we got it. She had attitude after asked for silverware and our waters. She apologized about being busy when we came in, yet, there was a blonde waiting on the table across from us who was more interested in talking to that high top of an older woman and her two young teenagers than helping. There were finally two other waiters in the area by the tine we left, but any time we asked for help, these women ignored us and turned their back on us. The one who served the food, actually was talking to the manager or kitchen staff and said that our table had all of our food and was finally happy. Seriously? Finally? When customers are served the wrong food and it is over cooked and burnt like the burgers were, you bet the customer is not going to be happy. I wish corporate would get involved with this restaurant and do something because this place has been really bad between the cooking staff and the waitstaff for a very long time.
Dietary restrictions: When someone orders a burger that is rare, sometimes there are reasons for it other than being a preference. This was not a preference but a medical necessity.

This location used to have the BEST Cajun pasta I have ever had from a chilis. I would literally want to get it like twice a week. I don’t know who has been in charge of the pasta in 2025 but it’s beyond DRY. There’s not enough sauce and barely any seasoning. Whoever was cooking in the kitchen last year needs to come back. Please!! I’m being nice giving 3 stars because prior to December 2024 it was amazing.

Ordered soup today for lunch and to my suprise it was the smallest cup I have ever seen . For a $5/6 price point I would expect a little more Chili’s Ordering online does not give the option for another size . So possibly add that option for future reference.
The food and service were good, but we spent a lot of time swatting gnats. They need to clean this restaurant because that was extremely annoying.

our server was Lisa and she was phenomenal. She never let our drinks go empty, our food was hot and fresh our order was not messed up (like it usually is) she was very attentive very friendly and we will be back just for her Thanks Lisa you were one of the best servers we EVER had
This Chilis really out did themselves. No wait time. My server Ashley was prompt and very attentive to our table. Now to the food. I've never seen such a beautiful presentation of food. From the Triple Dipper to the Just Bacon Burger. Looked truly amazing. The atmosphere was beautiful. They even came out and sung the birthday song for my nephew. Complete with ice cream topped with chocolate and caramel. My nephew surely loved it. As someone who works in the food industry. I looked for service like this. Thank you for the amazing service.
Kid-friendliness: Loved the kid friendliness. They loved my granddaughter.
