Im so disappointed. Usually they’re on point. This last time though! Horrible. I ordered the 15 piece tender. Usually I say fresh please but this time I forgot. They gave me the oldest toughest tenders imaginable, then when I pulled back in to return them the young lady there told ME that they weren’t old. The nerve. However, they cooked me a fresh batch but this time they cooked them with flour only, not a lick of seasoning! Horrible cook! This immigration movement isn’t helping. Sorry not sorry.

I will never go back to this church’s chicken the FOOD IS SO NASTY AND GROSS ALWAYS GREASY NEVER FRESH NEVER!!!! THE GREASE TASTE LIKE it NEVER GET CHANGED ON A DAILY BASIS PLEASE DO BETTER PLEASE.BUT I Will NEVER GO BACK HERE EVER AGAIN…..I Will NOT SPEND MY MONEY HERE AGAIN.

For many years, there used to be a Church's restaurant on 16 Mile & John R (I live in Troy) which operated in the same space as a local White Castle, but for whatever reason it went out of business. Because of that, I decided to come to this location for my online order, being that it is now the one in closest proximity to where I live and I hadn't been to a Church's in years. I came here once a few years ago. I was very disappointed. I ordered the four piece meal (two breasts, two thighs, and the complimentary side dish and beverage). The French fries were excessively greasy, and the chicken was mediocre at best. I threw it out. Not only that, but the atmosphere was dreary and depressing. On a side note, why would anyone want to open a restaurant franchise next to a U-Haul plant?
This used to be one of my favorite fried chicken places. Not anymore. I highly recommend BBQ Chicken (it's a Korean joint). KFC, Chicken Shack, and even Popeye's (which admittedly, I am not a big fan of) are all better than this third-rate greasy spoon. Never again will I give you my money. Goodbye and good riddance forever! 👎
