Stopped in tonight to get ice cream and ended up giving up and walking out to go to a different location.. seems like we made the right decision by leaving according to reviews for this place. Complete lack of service one employee was sitting on the floor behind the counter when we walked in...we ended up going to the Gratiot and Masonic location and had a great experience.

I want to give a shout-out to the amazing team members who was working last night right after that lady left you all in a rush at the drive-thru. You both handled the situation like champs! Even under pressure, you provided great customer service, treating me well as a customer. Your teamwork was inspiring – I almost felt like jumping behind the counter to help out! I love Tim Hortons! Ordered a cake online, they never prepared it and refused to refund my money because the manager was not there. I had to wait almost 30 minutes for them to communicate with the manager by text. To tell me I had to return the next day when she is available to get a refund. Then after I leave she calls me in my car to ask if I want the cake the next day. I said no my event is today. She told me to come after 4pm the next day to get a refund and she will give me a drink. After driving one day 5 miles for the cake and back again the next day for a refund and not to forget I had to wait almost 30 minutes while they try to contact her by text. To verify they failed to look online to prepare the cake and I had to return to get a refund. This was bad customer service 😒

Went today and ordered a apple pie a La mode milkshake, which the cashier charged me per item in the milkshake which made it over $10 then it didn’t come with whipped cream and was charged an extra $1 for that. It was very good but I’d never go back to spend almost $12 on a milkshake. To expensive for me.

Ordered 3 large ice creams and was even having a good conversation with the one young lady, she handed me my bag and said have a great day, and shut the window in my face... so I drove away and when I eas at the light I realized I had only gotten 1 of my ice creams that I ordered $21 just to waste my gas and gave to turn around, and when I come inside I just ended up being stared at like a idiot while the other girl went and got my missing items... please don't tell someone to have a good day until they are ready to leave and you have given them all their items😒p
It’s 9:30pm sitting in the parking lot of cold stone doors locked online it states they are open until 9:45pm went around to the drivethru the boy at the drive-through states we don’t close at 9:45 we close 9:30pm. Mined boggles me how people make up their own hours and don’t follow what it says online people drive from far distances to come to your establishment. You should be open as said on your business hours. Terrible customer service

Absolutely horrible experience. It took 45 minutes to make my ice cream order. Placed an order online and they didn’t put 2 waffle bowls in the bad. Store was understaffed and the work area behind the register was chaos. Ordered 4 ice creams to go and they were made sloppy, barely mixed and minimal toppings. Need to do better when you’re charging almost $10 for ice cream.
