Absolutely ridiculous. They only have two people working, who are completely ignoring the customers inside to favor people in the drive-thru. Constantly out of flavors. Doesn't accept gift cards! Employee was complaining about how her hours keep being cut, so here's an absolutely brilliant, mind-blowing idea: how about hiring more workers instead of overworking these poor employees and cutting their hours???

The reviews speak for themselves. First theres no menu for drive through so unless you know what you want you have to go inside. Second there was quite a few people waiting and only one person actually working for ice cream. The two others just stood around looking busy. I waited for about 10 minutes in line and nothing/nobody got ice cream so I left. So dumb

This place is just horrible. I have now gone here TWICE and the service was not only terrible but the ice cream was terrible too. They don't 'mix in' the mix ins and the cake was ROCK HARD. No wonder why they can't mix it in. So if you are looking for terrible ice cream and a terrible experience, come here.

My boyfriend and I walked into the shop at 8:43 p.m. and we were immediately told the inside of the store was closed. Keep in mind, the door was unlocked, there was another person inside AND the establishment closed at 11 p.m for this specific location according to google. They closed the inside over 2 hours before the whole place was supposed to be closed. Very disappointing.
