This Cottage Inn location, and Cynthia the manager, are taking care of business. I only ever order the calzones, which are inconsistent across the many locations. But this one gets it right. I will be back. Soon.

If I could give 10/5 stars for the worker Cynthia I would. Beyond respectful and goes above and beyond when it comes to my wife’s celiac disease. She cleaned all utensils, uses separate gloves and even went above and beyond again to make my wife’s gluten free alternative more affordable for us. Both times I have came to this location she has shown nothing but professionalism. I will continue to show support to this business cause of the experience just this one worker has shown me and my wife.

Carl the counter person, was Racist, disrespectful, unhygienic, and unprofessional.Not just to me but his co-worker too. He was only talking in a disrespectful manner.My pizza was ordered online, first, it was not ready well after committed time and then;I entered the store, Carl was on counter, in his PJs, dirty pullover. It was filthy enough, which made me lose my appetite. I ignored that and asked if my order was ready. He asked what's the name on the order, I told him the name to which he kept replying "I DO NOT KNOW X" (the name) with look if disgust on his face. You do not need to know the name, you just need to know if the order is ready or not. I am a person of color but in a way better shape and manner than him atleast. His expressions and actions were disgusting and disrespectful enough to give up and walk away.Please note, my problem is with this specific worker, Carl. Other person working in the back was kind enough talk to me and understand what is going on. This person was well behaved, well dressed, kind, and professional. He even offered to make a pizza, but I was too disrepected and disgusted by this event to stand another second in that store.I'm never going back to this store or even ordering delivery. I usually used to order pizza from here for company meetings.I prefer to stay hungry than eat from this specific store.

Ordered a square pizza and it was rock hard and thick like a biscuit/ cracker. Sauce just tasted like sugary ketchup and the toppings were lackluster and sparse. Wouldn’t recommend.

Apparently they out source deliveries through door dash. My husband got a pizza delivered and the door dash driver through the pizza on our porch. It was recorded on the ring. We called them in which my husband was told call door dash!! We ordered from cottage inn not door dash! Won’t have to worry about us ordering again! Horrible customer service!

The pizza was so doughy and undercooked it’s crazy I love cottage inn but never been to this location and I will never be back. And the cinnamon sticks were just plain breadsticks with cinnamon sugar and they absolutely coated it in icing? and all I got was a 20 dollar credit when I called. (I didn’t open the cinnamon sticks before I called) Don’t bother. Go to another location.

Love Cottage Inn Pizza, this location the staff is always on point with my order. I made a inpulse stop today and glad I did!They offer a cookie made by Women Owned business and it is located in the Detroit area, nicely packaged!!, can't wait to try mine.
