My husband and I have been coming to this restaurant, mostly on Sundays after morning worship, for a few years now and love the atmosphere, the entire staff, service and food is very good. Their Cream of Chicken soup is EXCELLENT, so much to the point that we have purchased 2 qts. to carry out, one to take to our family and the other for us!😅🥰

The best chicken salad sandwiches I ever tasted. Their soups are homemade never had a bad meal here. HARD WORKING PEOPLE. ENJOY coming and waitress. Linda is so nice & friendly. Owners are the best here. Thank you for making the best tasting food around town. Good home cooking meals.

I love the country fried steak and eggs!

Sincerely one of my favorite brunch places in Michigan’s Southern Region. With lovely staff, cozy atmosphere and affordable food that’s well above average, I can’t recommend this place enough!
The BEST Potato Pancakes and Steak&Eggs I’ve ever had. An explosion of flavor and perfect texture!

Reminds me of being in my Grandmas kitchen. Good soup and friendly service.

Came 30min before close. They had 3 tables seated. I came for carryout but was greeted at the door by a lady telling me they were closed. I will not return. No way to treat a customer.

I JUST ORDERED A FRIED CHICKEN DINNER, BUT, WHAT I GOT WAS HEAVILY BREADED CHICKEN
P A T T I E S THAT TASTED WEIRD NOT LIKE REAL CHICKEN, THE CORN WAS FROM A CAN, THE SALAD WAS ALL WHITE LETTUCE INSTEAD OF GREEN WHICH HAS ABSOLUTELY NO NUTRITION, THE ONLY THING THAT WAS GOOD WITH THE BAKED POTATO THAT THEY DID NOT GIVE ME SOUR CREAM WITH,
I WILL NEVER EVER ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN,
YUCK, YUCK, YUCK!

This restaurant is a good spot for some food closest to home cooked as you can find.
Now, the restaurant has a lot of senior citizens that frequent the dining room, so I wouldn't say this is a great place for any kind of rowdy get-together, like a child's birthday or a baseball teams luncheon. However, it's a wonderful place for a delicious meal in a quiet, calm setting.
The fish n' chips were extra awesome. The menu has plenty of homemade style dinners and lunches. I imagine their breakfasts are pretty good, although I didn't eat breakfast, the menu had a lot of choices I would've loved.
The prices are reasonable and portions are good.
I can see myself returning for a meal with my folks very soon.

We enjoy having breakfast here. There are nicely priced breakfast specials. We haven't been disappointed. Food is good & hot without being greasy. A few times had lunch, which also have been good. When friends and family visit, we make a stop here.
