Oxtails=good! Shrimp/chicken Alfredo=good. Better to pick up your own order cause door dash consistently F's your order up. Definitely would order again!!!!! Super good

This is my first time eating at THIS location on Vandyke & 696... I first ate at The Crab House many years ago at their location on 7 Mile and Evergreen area and that was when the small crab leg dinners were $9.99 when they first opened up. I remember living in Clinton Township on 16 Mile road and Groesbeck and driving all the way to 7 Mile and Evergreen several times a month. The food was good at this location customer service was pretty good. My picture isn't the best picture because the lighting was terrible (sorry about that and my daughter tilted the bag and they rearranged the food and some of sauce spilled out. One daughter loves the eggs and my other daughter wanted a piece of chicken with her fried catfish) but it tasted really delicious. It was fresh and hot. The wait wasn't too long and you can also dine in. The dining area is fairly large and it was clean. I recommend this place and I will be returning.

My first visit and I enjoyed the customer service as well as the food. I was taken care of by Charles a.k.a. Chuck who took the time to prepare my meal in spite of the fact that they are closed on Sunday and Mondays. He was there prepping the Chili for the following day when he noticed me pulling on the door. I love Salmon so I ordered a dinner which included a garlic baked potato corn on the cob and a egg. I waited 15-20 minutes max and it was worth the wait. The Salmon was tender and well seasoned. Everything was good and I can't wait to go back! The reviews had me nervous but I'm glad I had my own experience.

Horrible just horrible. Spent $52 on a measly ribeye dinner. I wanted asparagus, they were out of course. So I chose broccoli,HOLD THE HUGE BLACK HAIR. WITH ME HAVING RED HAIR I was disgusted. A long black kinda curly hair just Marinated in my broccoli. Place needs to be shut down for a deep cleaning and a re-training. No quality at all dog food.

Food was really good and crab was cooked perfectly for my taste, love the platters but the crab boil please tone down. It was salty to me . Didnt enjoy it that much.

I was just about to place another order but I can't lie I just peeped not only is the company taxing for some cheap Kool-Aid BUT IF YOU WANT ICE/A COLD DRINK IT'S AN EXTRA $1??? I'm literally not placing an order now because that's the pettiest thing I have ever seen from a restaurant. Charging extra for a cold drink is wild and why is your drinks warm in the first place?...

I ordered the crab fries. They were made with what looked like Ore-Ida crinkled fries with a small amount of crab meat and cheese on top. For the price, I expected more. This location also needs a DEEP cleaning. It was filthy and didn’t look like it’d been cleaned in months.

SCARY GOOD I have been a crab house customer since high school (I'm 24) because my friends dad was one of the bosses. Anyways, this place is probably THE MOST underrated seafood/soul food restaurant maybe in the world. I'm saying seriously they need to let Gordon Ramsey try this food. It's so amazing and fulfilling. Every bite is like a memory and they're all 10/10. Not to mention that the STAFF is the most friendly I've came across . They treat you like family. They cater to your needs and wants and ask you how you would like the food your way. This place is great and the people that make it this way are even greater. I'll always be a crab house fan and customer. They get all of my credit and I'll send ANYone who is looking for great soul food to this place.

The buy one get one free crab leg dinner was an amazing deal! Food was on point and the suicide drinks are a must have if you go here! I’m only giving 4 stars because customer service in the past hasn’t been that great and food wasn’t seasoned as well as 7mile location.. seems like they are getting things back in order! We will be back!
