We went close to closing and I was surprised how helpful and kind the staff were! They helped us figure out what kind of sweet treats we wanted and ever mad something custom for my husband! They HOOKED us up! That was the best blizzard I’ve ever had! And my husband said the same! Good job night crew at this dairy queen y’all did a great job! We will definitely be going back!

This place will take your money. I ordered 2 blizzards and 2 misty freeze through the app. The total of just the 2 freeze was $13. I arrived and the freeze machine was not working. I did not want a substitute just the refund for that portion, the nice girl behind the counter said she could not refund but to call the next day. I did, the person who answered took my info and said the manager would call me. They did not. So I called back 3 days later, left my info again and still not received a call. The app does not have a help option to contact corporate. They can keep the $13 because they obviously need it more than I do. Take your business elsewhere lest you want your money stolen. I still have the option of a charge back through my bank which is a pain but I might.

First time we have been into this location in a long time. As soon as we walked in the front door it smells like raw sewage. I don't know what's going on if it's something with this location or in the area but the smell was strong.

Went there tonight, July 4, 2025 to get 3 banana splits. Was told that they do not come with nuts on them, and they did NOT have any bananas.. I told the girl that there is a KROGER, right there in the SAME complex! They should have gone to get some bananas when they discovered that they were getting REAL LOW on them. COME ON..,. This is a dairy Queen for Christ sake! Let's have the supplies we need! So we left empty handed!

I've ordered from here before in the past around the late hours and have not had an issue. But this time I've ordered and have had an issue. I ordered the Royal Reese's Blizzard with marshmallow feeling and extra Oreo cookies. I did not receive any marshmallow filling or the Oreo cookies.

I went to pick up a door dash order and waited for 20 minutes. People who came in after me received their orders before me and I only had two blizzards. The girl at the counter I think her name was Jasmine was super nice but the rest of the employees in the back making the orders had zero common sense or work ethic. The guy was scolding Jasmine about keeping a good attitude while taking orders but he was the one with an attitude problem and was very unprofessional. The girls making the orders kept scratching their heads while preparing the food. They should be wearing hair nets and washing their hands. I wasn't the only one who saw this another customer pointed it out as well. They were serving blizzards without cone lids or lids period. Plus they were all dripping on the outside of the cups. When I finally did receive my order it was melting all over the inside of the bag that I had to deliver to a customer. This place is a complete mess and needs some serious cleaning. The guy working slipped and fell while he was yelling at the girls in the back. Everybody needs to be retrained or replaced besides Jasmine, she was the only one with a smile.

Horrible staff on the day I went August 9th. My friend and I wanted to order a hotdog. She wanted a chili dog, they didn't have any chili so she tried to order a classic hotdog with relish, onions, mustard and ketchup. They didn't have the relish. So she was going to get it without the relish and chili. The first young lady looked like a deer caught in the headlights because she didn't know how to ring it up. Another young lady came to try to help her but couldn't do it. The problem was there was no button for the classic dog, only for the chili dog which cost more than the classic. I asked them to call the manager to see if she can override it for the correct amount. She couldn't. My friend gave up at that point and left. I tried to order a cheese dog and went through the same thing, they didn't know how to ring it up. I gave up at that point also. We've both had ice cream and a slushie before and it was good. My friend also had a chili dog from there and it was good. The difference is the staff. The young lady that took care of us that day was working by herself but still managed to get the order right and was pleasant. The manager that we encountered on the 9th had no idea how to solve the problem. Isn't that what managers are supposed to do, resolve problems?
