I hate this location. They need to shut it down or hire all new staff. The heavier set black woman with the large lashes is always rude to the customers. When I walked in an hour before it closes she rolled her eyes, didn’t greet me, and even though she just finished handling the trash she did not wash her hands before coming to take my order. I immediately walked out and went to the one on Mound. I am never hard on service workers. I understand the job isn’t most people’s dream job, but the service is CONSISTENTLY terrible. I will drive to an entirely different city to avoid this location. The kids on mound always make me smile when I go to their location. Getting ice cream is supposed to be a joyful experience. Don’t go to this location unless you want bag energy rubbed off onto you.

So yeah so um I ordered on right, and I exactly ordered a peppermint & 2 chili cheese dog combo which comes with lays potato chips, i get my stuff and things is already messed up, my dr pepper is flat and tastes like Dr bob, I’m missing one chili dog when im supposed to have 2 and like i said when it was supposed to come with chip, surprise surprise they are also gone. like literally i don’t know if it was a misunderstanding on my grubhub driver part or if they just read it wrong but knowing if i order again in the future i will be again disappointed.

This Dairy Queen’s employees are always kind and courteous and totally professional, and how they address customers and how they present Dairy Queen’s merchandise to the customer. That’s why they get a five star all the time.

I got a banana split. There half the size as any other Dairy Queen. Staff has no smiles. Chocolate Sunday barely had Chocolate on it. I know what you will say, The exact the same thing you always say. Sorry give us another try. Those ONE Dairy Queen SUCJ S!!!!

Walked into a small lobby that had three people waiting. Worker rudely said "we closed for thirty minutes, if you didn't place an order, we're closed for you."There's still two hours left before the store actually closes.Can't handle the business, don't be in the business.I've seen DQs in other cities with lines out the doors and they still put in the effort to do their jobs. These two are just flat out lazy.

Place is terrible!!!! The workers do not want to work, always telling people the machine is down, terrible attitudes! I definetly do not recommend going to this location !!

Supposed to open at 10am according to Google and according to the sign on the door. The shop is deserted. So, here we sit at 10:10am, my daughters very disappointed that we won't be getting their ice cream reward because the employees can't be bothered to open (or even be present) on time.

just picked up a s’mores blizzard and there are zero chocolate pieces. it’s just ice cream with graham cracker. not impressed.

I ordered two Blizzards - one mini and on small. Our order was made in a very timely manner and the service was absolutely fantastic!!!❤️❤️❤️ And our Blizzards are absolutely delicious ? Thank you so much ? ?

I believe the woman who helped me was Syonara, she was so nice to me. My blizzard was made wrong ( totally understandable it happens) but Syonara did not hesitate to remake it for me. Wonderful customer service:)
