On many occasions This location will be closed an hour, if not earlier, than when they are supposed to close. I have gone multiple times to the store only to find that no one is there and the lights are off even when their sign says they should be open for another hour and a half. On one occasion they close 2.5 hours earlier than what there sign stated was there closing time. They also almost always mess up making an item

every single time we come here it’s a hour before they close (we come often maybe once a week) they never take cash because they close the drawer early to leave earlier (employee told us they closed it because they’re about to close) and they never chocolate ice cream either? pretty sure they aren’t supposed to close down the drawer until they close at 9.

Checked the website, google and even called the store (where the automated message said they close at 9:30pm). I am in the drive thru and am told they’re closed (it’s 8:56pm). I said their hours say in multiple places that they’re open til 9:30. The girl at the speaker box says they close at 9. I said it wasn’t even that time yet. She told me the hours changed because their boss said they changed.
What’s the point of having posted hours if they’re not going to comply? It’s an easy fix to update hours across all of those platforms. Absolute garbage.

Drove up @7:45 pm went to go inside door locked ( sign on door says lobby open till 9 pm ) get back in car go through drive thru greeted with " just so you know we don't have chocolate ice cream just vanilla " watch another employee take trash out come back in and serve food through window after NOT washing hands. Thankfully my order was in a cup. The service here keeps getting worse as the years go by.

This was my favorite Dairy queen place But recently every time I go there for a blizzard it's so soft and not at all frozen First time I thought it was a mistake or not done right by a new employee but second and third time come on service really went down here in this location No more doing business here

They close at 10:30 but when I went through the drive through at 9:50 the girl said they closed their register for card transactions and they are only taking cash. You might as well close the business instead of making someone wait 10 minutes in the drive through line to find out you only accept cash. Terrible business practice. Never coming back to this location.
Went through the drive through...ordered 3 med blizzards and they didn't do the blizzard test and put regular lids on the blizzard and I quickly understood why, wasn't even remotely a blizzard.....not thick at all...I literally live 2 mins away and it was melty . It was more of a sundae consistency.....not happy at all

I ordered a customized “race car” cake 2 days ahead of time and the manager said she would get race car decorations and even specified that she would get 2-3 things to put on it and this is what she gave us. How is this race car?!

Ordered a chocolate shake with sprinkles they said "sprinkles are a choking hazard". But they have a whole menu full of shakes and other drinks with pieces of things in them. Then made my shake in a cup that a cotton candy drink was already started in so the entire bottom was covered in blue cotton candy crunchy flavored pieces- this was not a choking hazard. Also served 4 other people behind me before handing me 2 pup cups - literally consist of vanilla ice cream in a bowl.

Got 4 blizzard but looked like chocolate water with ingredients in it there was signs up saying no vanilla ice cream waste of time gas money I will never visit this location again I'm pissed worst shh ever

Place was filty both in the lobby and behind the counter ice cream was melted and running down the side of the cup I wont go back. Manager need to get a grip on that place
