The staff was very nice, but as always my reviews are about the food. This is hands down the WORST fast food I have ever had. I am really impressed by how badly my order was messed up. Our order took 30 minutes even-though we were the only costumers in the whole restaurant. I ordered 7 items, 3 of them didn’t get to me. Both burgers were just a bun and patty and no condiments and my cheese curds were REALLY burned (I literally have no idea how you could look at them and say they were good to serve). My kids meal was missing the drink, applesauce, and condiments. To be fair, I could have walked back inside and asked for everything to be remade, but sometimes things are so bad you don’t deserve a second chance ?.

Terrible service. Went through drive through… only car in line. Girl seemed to have a lot of trouble putting in order of 1 chicken strip basket, 1 drink, 2 sundaes and a single cheeseburger. after finally reciting order correctly I waited about 5 minutes for my food. The lady handed my the drink and then a large bag and said I was all set and sent me off. I got home 20 minutes later after spending almost $34 on that SMALL meal for me and my two little kids I found out they didn’t give me the two sundaes. I called to see if they would give me a credit since I’m 20 minutes away, it’s late & I have 2 small children with me. I was denied credit even though the girl on the phone clearly remembered me and new she forgot the ice creams. She said twice that I could only come back & pick them up tonight. $10 down the drain to a greedy fast food chain.

I saw a lot of teenagers working at this location and was not sure that my food would taste good and be fresh . I was wrong.Everything was good ,tasted great, and all made fresh to go .
I came in last minute to grab an ice cream cake for my 9 yr old.Flynn, who helped me TREMENDOUSLY, offered to write on the cake for me on the spot. She asked what his favorite color/s were and incorporated it with what color was already on the cake! It looked AMAZING!! I just wanted to say:"THANK YOU FLYNN" for going above and beyond. We definitely need more people like you!!He loved it by the way!!Stacy Flint

They rarely even say "bye" or demonstrate any etiquette or manners. Most of my "thank you's" are returned w/ an empty gaze.
