The staff are nice and the food is good but I hate the order kiosks. Now instead of being served promptly and sipping my pop during the short wait for my food you stand in a backed up line just to order then get your drink cup when you get your food.

Hello, I usually frequent this location at night and for the most part only have good experience. But there is an light complected lady with glasses and she's a problem. I order on line sometimes in advance and is never ready or she says it didn't go through or you pay for extra meat and it's never on there. The items she makes is always skimpy. She's the worst.

No GUAC!!!! NO AVOCADO!!!! - SO DISAPPOINTING. Paid to add onions to salad- Did Not taste any onions. Miss the Chicken Bacon AVOCADO Ranch salad- Was the best thing on the menu. $1.00 for a side of delicious Lime rice- Must have been about 2 Tablespoons . Reasons why we do not go there on a regular like we use to. Staff was friendly & attentive.

I came here during halloween night the food was good and hot but the only thing I had issue with is the workers, who ever was taking orders was rude ass hell, she going to tell us ânext time say pickup order because i thought you was doordashâ I literally said at speaker I had mobile order and I said my name how the hell you mistakes that as doordash, not only that she roll her eyes and I can hear the workers in back saying âwhy yâall keep comingâ I work at fast food and understand everything especially customers and doordash I know if I was doordash order the food wouldâve said doordash with doordash label my food literally said mobile order, but donât work if you canât handle your attitude. not only that she was slow ass hell she didnât know wtf she was doing the food was good but I will take my service elsewhere who little bit nicer

The grouchy kid at the drive through window tried to give me my order with no milkshakes. When I asked for them, he gave me two that were underfilled, poorly mixed, and the wrong flavor. He gave me a really hard time when I asked for what I ordered. I didn't feel comfortable fighting with him, so I left without my full order and will have to follow up with my card company.
