So I went to the location on hoover right before the freeway and let me tell u...I'm a frequent customer and most of the time when I go the food is always hot and there polite. Not this night.. and i remmebr the guy who took my order he was tall and asian..I'm describing him because i didnt catch his name...it happen a couple days ago ...I haven't tried everything on the menu so of course I'm going to have questions about the sauces and things like that. But what I don't expect is to get a dry reply like im bothering u or for u to get smart or loud with me. I had my girlfriend in the car and she pointed those things out as we were approaching the window......when we got to the window I spoke to him and he took my card and slam the window......when he returned my card I asked him if we was OK if there was a problem...did I do something... ..he looked at me at replied no. I told him to don't let the job stress him out....no response.......he was just unpleasant and It just makes me not want to come back. On top of that I ask for the sauce that comes on the double cheeseburger to be added to my single burger.......didn't get any sauce....the fries were cold.......just horrible experience.

They always make the food great and it's consistently made with not just a tortilla, like Taco Bell, where you get a quesadilla and barely any chicken or cheese are only in the center and sides have nothing in them.Vegetarian options: They no longer have Beyond Meat but their beans are fire.

I placed an order for $46.00 on the del taco app for delivery, the del taco delivery service canceled my order and I was never given a reason or reimbursed the $46.00.Very disappointing.

Food took a while to get out. All I ordered was a burrito and a taco and it took 15 min. Food was good.
