So dissapointed, not only was it 60$ for just ok food but I ordered a steak burrito which I did not get, I didn’t think to check because they read the order to me in the store which made me think everything was in there and it wasn’t, google says they close at 8 but I called at around 7:00 to see what was up and possibly get them to make a steak burrito for me and the phone was off! They closed a hour early?? Almost like they scammed me on purpose and turned the phone off. Never ever gonna be back and I’ll be calling tomorrow for compensation

Use to pay the high price of 10$ for two lousy tacos because it was convenient and good but today went in for two tacos they had new workers. ate one went to eat my second and seen this. Ruined my whole meal didn’t even go back in for a refund because all the new workers were looking at me weird since I walked in.

Had a coupon for a free taco & chips & salsa. What a joke! The taco wouldn't have been enough for my 8-month old granddaughter! I think the tortilla was MAYBE 4" in diameter. Just beef & cheese. Reminded me of an old commercial, "Where's the beef?!"

If you like food poisoning then this is your place! Myself and a handful of co-workers,friends and acquaintances got food poisoning after eating at the 13 and Hayes Detroit Taco. Separate visits…not on the same day.

Very Over priced. Smaller Tacos. Lettuce looked gross and old..did not put on my Tacos. Rice was solid Spanish of ofcourse. Meat was decent but just small amount for the price. Was hoping this place was good..I love Tacos. but not worth the price.....?♂️

I had the worst experience at the new location inside Greek town casino I ordered the street taco it came all saggy and cold and the rice was cold and the workers there they busy making jokes between each others and not paying attention to customers/ I did not get any silverware so I can eat my rice and beans like all other customers I was watching they had to ask for silverware i don’t think this location is going to last it’s there first day the food is really Disgusted

If you’re in the mood for tacos I would not recommend Detroit Taco. The food is flavorless. I got steak street tacos City style I’m not sure how it’s possible but the steak had absolutely no flavor. The chips were bland not even salted the salsa tasted like tomato water. I was extremely disappointed after trying this establishment. Didn’t think it was possible to mess up tacos but they sure did.

We ordered pick up through the phone. The orders were wrong when I opened them up at my house and were missing items. The Honey Nacho Chips were bad and the guacamole was not to flavorful. Also very very very greasy I hate to write such a negative review but it just was a bad experience

The chicken tacos were extremely dry, salsa was packaged, not fresh. Nachos were fair, but soggy and the cheese was not melted. Pretty disappointing.
This place is the Worst Mexican restaurant I have every gone too . Here on vacation and ordered 3 tacos and nacho and chips and salsa , and they charged me 30 dollars . Don't care to pay for food but the tacos we so small with minimum meat inside like getting Tim Bits . The nachos was size of my palm and they gave me chips that couldn't fill up a bird . Don't go here , Overpriced , Bad Food , Owner needs to stop being so cheap or he will never get return customers . First impressions are important and will make sure my whole company of 10,000 people never go to this place ever again .

Whoa. Love tacos and especially this place. We stopped in and had a great meal. Then a week later ordered it to cater a get together at our house. Really great food. Everyone loved it. Left overs are always good. You get a ton of food for the money. You have to try this place.

Sorry I ate before I even thought to take a picture. But it was DELICIOUS.I had their signature Detroit tacos, some honey fried nachos. I'm probably seeing it wrong but they were delicious I highly recommend them.The staff was very friendly and welcoming.I had no idea this place existed and I will be back.

$4.19 for a ground beef taco? $11.49 for a burrito - with no side items like beans/rice - and they STILL need to nickel and dime you to death for a packet of salsa? Not to mention: a $2 taco the size of a salsa packet? Never again. The joke was on me! Good luck!!

First time at this location for lunch. Every employee friendly and the Detroit taco style were great highly recommended this place if in Warren or their 2nd location in Shelby also.
