I just had my pizza delivered and they just turn my pizza into sum mushing pizza horrible I'm so pissed I paid good money you guys need to fire that delivery driver ASAP

Our original dinner plans fell through and we just needed something quick and easy. Our pizza was delivered quickly within the window they gave us and it tasted great. The delivery driver, Michael, heard our two dogs barking and gave us treats for them, which they loved. It was very nice and thoughtful!

So I called Domino's to order handmade pan pizza., so after I order the pizza I asked if I can get it a curbside because I'm handicap. You like it obviously get out of the car and take my locker and stuff like that but it just easier to get the curbside instead of taking my stuff out of the car and doing all that just to walk up there and grab the pizza. So I asked and he said yes . Then in the background I hear some guy say he has to order online if you want to get it curbside, and I said ain't that something. Then the guy who just told me yes said no you have to order online I said really. I was thinking man can you believe that he's going to make me a handicap veteran ( not that anyone gives a crap ) but can you believe that manager would say that in front of me after the other person already said yeah no problem; unbelievable man I'm shocked that the guy who's responsible for the service is not very nice, but that's vicious it's cruel and he's just not thinking I guess I'm assuming that. So I told him that I just ordered online and then I said you know what I'm not going to do that I just called another store and ask them said okay yeah no problem and then they explained to me that this normally we don't do this because you have to order online in order to get curbside . So I asked him why that is and I found out that it's because the computer screen pickup in store does not have a button that says troopside only the online screen has that button. So all this is just because they don't have the computer setup correctly. I think corporate needs to fix that so this doesn't happen to someone else.

I just picked up my order from 12 mile and Schoenherr and the customer service from Heather was great. She helped me check my order and added extra flavoring where it was missing. All other staff were nice and professional too. I will be returning. I recommend you try this location.

I ordered a pizza and bread bites it took etmins after the pizza left the store totally cold cheese looks like plastic and the manager didn't even care said where not owned by domino's so it wouldn't make any sense to call headquarters people your better off getting jets pizza

I order the 9.99 any toppings special late last and the pizza was under cooked the bread was still doughy i called the next day to ask if they can remake it they refused because it was the next day and told me it was my fault because i had too many toppings
I ordered a pizza for myself & a cheese pizza for my daughter. The delivery driver gave me this pizza. Clearly he dropped it & instead of having it remade, he delivered this mess. I had to call the store to get a new pizza. SMH.
