I went to this location multiple times for me to make this review. Sadly to say that the employees here are rude and disrespectful. Lack of accountability when they make an error. Instead they will tell you how to order and question you as a customer. They are lazy and they don’t want to modify your order if you don’t want to change something because of allergies. Their customers service needs improve or the staff needs to be trained better or changed.

Doesn’t look like a maple sugar bacon sandwich to me. Thought it was a one time mistake but this is the second time they’ve made it wrong. Wonder if they can ever make it right.

I sat at the drive-through for about 5 minutes this morning to order and no one responded. I even said hello anybody there no response so we pulled around to the window assuming it must be broken. The girl opened the window and said you have to order on the other side. I said I sat over there and nobody responded well too bad you have to go over there to order and shut the window on me. That is just terrible customer service and there is no need for it and the attitude sucked. Do better.

Doors are locked during business hours.

They removed milk substitutes on door dash. They keep their doors locked during business hours. I was just denied service in the drive thru at 7pm when they close at 8pm. I will continue to leave poor reviews until this establishment is checked for its false advertisement. I am also reporting to BBB for wrong business hours.
