I sat at the drive-through for about 5 minutes this morning to order and no one responded. I even said hello anybody there no response so we pulled around to the window assuming it must be broken. The girl opened the window and said you have to order on the other side. I said I sat over there and nobody responded well too bad you have to go over there to order and shut the window on me. That is just terrible customer service and there is no need for it and the attitude sucked. Do better.

They removed milk substitutes on door dash. They keep their doors locked during business hours. I was just denied service in the drive thru at 7pm when they close at 8pm. I will continue to leave poor reviews until this establishment is checked for its false advertisement. I am also reporting to BBB for wrong business hours.

Refusing to make orders after 7pm when they close at 8pm. They locked the doors to the inside and refused to serve at the drive thru.

The drive thru woman was so kind. Helpful. Sweet. And knowledgeable. She noticed my drink was a little runny, and she took it back and made it right. Not to mention the most delicious drink I've had in quite some time! Thank you!

I went to this location they had a sign that said inside clothes drive-thru only I waited 15 minutes at the drive-thru nobody answered me I went around to the window I seen the man in there on this phone tapped the window and drove around one more time play music.. ever since these India people have taken over dunkin' donuts it has not been the same it's the worst place you can get a donut

Went through the drive thru and got an ice toasted white chocolate signature latte and 2 maple sugar bacon sandwiches but instead of caramel drizzle on the latte they put a crumble on top of the whipped cream that didn't taste very good and there was no maple sugar or pepper on the sandwiches. It was okay but if I order a specific sandwich I expect it to have all the ingredients it says it comes with.
