EXTREMELY RUDE IN DRIVE THRU
I ordered and was charged a large coffee and six donuts on the mobile app. When I arrived at the store I was told that they don't have donuts after 4:00 p.m.. I have not seen any refund though I was charged the full amount. Until this is resolved, I will never be back. I tried to call the restaurant there was no answer and their voicemail has not been set up

Hash browns and bagel absolutely terrible, it seems like they toast the bagels and then when they are ordered they pop them in the microwave to warm, very chewy and no crunch. Definitely wil not go back.

Plain and simple these guys have absolutely no idea on how to make coffee it's extremely inconsistent the same coffee will pretty much taste different every time you go so if you're going to go to this place you should only go in the morning when the owner is working.
They can't even repeat your order back to you correctly.
So yeah I recommend driving a couple extra miles if you actually want to get some proper coffee

Been going here every day for two years until now, I was given a burned bagel, he had an attitude and gave me another burnt bagel , why are they even selling food like this
Worst experience I have had at a fast food restaurant in multiple years. There was one car in front of me at 6:30AM and it took over 10 minutes to get a dozen donuts. The team took my order but didn’t care to inform me that there would be an extended wait. The team got my order wrong and the donuts were stale and old. I went there to get a reward for my team at work but I had to throw out the donuts because they were old. Will never visit again and will go to another donut place in the future. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
I didn’t plan on making a review until I spoke with Dunkin about this issue but the chat feature won’t let you speak with them unless you have a Dunkin account.

Please be mindful that these stores are individually owned and operated. With that being said, this location over charges and provide less quality and less quantity of food items compared to other locations. I won’t be back.

Never get a good experience when I deal with Dunkin Donuts

This business is slipping hard. 30 minutes in the drive through at noon is unacceptable just to not order pull off and see noone at the window and 1 cx in the store. It's been multiple days of this. My business will go to the 11&vandyke store for the foreseeable future. Cant tell you how disappointed I am writing this. Staff your store properly.
