I always hate to give bad reviews because I've worked in the food service industry before and I feel horrible giving bad reviews but I'm just going to take it as they were probably super busy and probably having a bad day and stressed and I always try to remember that everyone always has other things going on in their life and things going on at home. It was just a little disappointing that my order was wrong and when I politely ask the worker if I could get it corrected. She ripped the bag out of my hand and grab the drink and instead of fixing the drink just poured more milk in it. But then again, like I said I don't know what is going on in her personal life, but I just wish that she could have had a private conversation with one of her co-workers in the back to talk about what was bothering her instead of taking it out on a customer who is being very kind to her. From the bottom of my heart, I hope that she's feeling better
This is the closest location to my job and for some reason everytime I seem to go the food is terrible and they never have anything. I stopped to get a coffee today and it tasted like muddy water and peppermint. There were a ton of coffee grounds in it and they forgot my whipped cream again and I couldn't go back because I had to go back to work. Officiallydone with this location now.

I order coffee from Dunkins everyday but I usually go to the hall rd and mound location where my coffee is perfect everytime. I stopped at this location because I was in the area and strapped for time. I order the same thing everytime. I spent $5 on a coffee and had to throw it right in the trash. I ordered a vanilla iced coffee with cream and sugar. It was DARK, very dark and tasted like literal mud. I brought it to the employees attention before I drove off and he didn't care at all. He "added more vanilla flavoring" but did not add more cream or sugar like I ASKED!! Terrible customer service. That coffee was OLD, probably from the day before. I sat in a drive through and paid for trash. Wasting my time, money and gas for nothing. I will NEVER go to this location again and I will warn everyone I know because I don't want them to spend their hard earned money on trash.The right thing to do would be to have remade my coffee but the employee refused. I have a huge social media following of over 45. Thousand local followers and I will warn them all. This is not the first time this has happened at this location but will be the last. The guy also argued with me that the coffee was made right?? this place is a whole JOKE.Spend your money elsewhere!! If I could give zero stars I would. I wouldn't order a coffee from here if it was free!

Worst location by far! I don't go to Dunkin' often but went because I had an order for myself and a friend. It took forever to get helped at the drive-thru, yet the store was empty. The employee finally had me pull around to get my mobile order, and she handed me a latte with whole milk vs skim. Then she walked away without giving me my other drink or food. After trying to get her attention, she told me she had no idea what I ordered and proceeded to have me read off my order. Then gave it to me incorrectly. Never again.

The worst dunkin I’ve ever been to. Both of my frozen cappuccino’s were not frozen whatsoever and half empty, my ham and cheese croissant was almost frozen in the middle. Glad I wasted 40 minutes in the drive thru and $20. Not sure why they’re open if the one employee they have can’t do their job.

Save the frustration and skip this place! Ordered sourdough breakfast sandwich and hash browns. The bread I got was not sourdough and the hash browns was 6 round small microwave warmed up non crispy lumps of potatoes. High priced even on top of it!! Slow service. I'd have had a better experience at mcdonalds!!
