Price for medium coffee at 3.28$ is higher than expected in November 2025 for Michigan. I pay 2.68$ for the same coffee at Dunkin in greater Philadelphia PA so I'm perplexed as to the higher cost here.

So today August 3rd, at approximately 7:40 PM, I visited the drive-through of a Dunkin’ location that was clearly posted to remain open until 8:00 PM. I approached the speaker and politely asked to place an order for a drink. To my surprise, i didn’t ask her name she was female the employee working the drive-through immediately refused to take my order without offering any explanation related to store policy or operational limitations.

When I respectfully pointed out that it was still 15 minutes before closing time and that I should reasonably be able to place an order, the employee responded dismissively and with an attitude that I found unnecessarily rude and unprofessional. During the exchange, she made an unrelated and inappropriate remark, stating, “So you don’t care when people die?”—a comment that made no sense in the context of our conversation and left me confused and concerned.

At no point did I raise my voice or behave disrespectfully. I simply asked if it was still possible to get a drink within their operating hours. The employee made it clear she had no intention of assisting me, not because of store policy or logistical issues, but purely based on personal refusal. Her tone and language were uncalled for, and her unwillingness to fulfill a basic customer request during business hours was both disappointing and unacceptable.

I am bringing this incident to your attention because it reflects poorly on the brand’s commitment to customer service. I hope this matter is reviewed internally and that appropriate steps are taken to ensure this type of unprofessional behavior is not repeated in the future.

I ordered what I thought was a frozen Iced Caramel Signature Latte through the app. Get it , it's not what I expected. I asked for a substitution. I was rudely told they weren't going to exchange the drink. So I asked for a refund which was also rudely denied saying I paid through the app. How can you not make sure the customers are satisfied? The manager was so rude it's awful!

The girl there working today on May 11th over charges for drinks I bought the same drink in the last two weeks five times she overcharged me $.55 I’m not complaining about the money. I’m just complaining about all of a sudden she started charging $.50 more and she needs to put a smile on her face very bad customer service.

If I could leave a half star I would. I pulled up to drive through this morning at 6:40 and no one was inside. All the lights were on but not a single person working. It says open at 5am. This has happened multiple times at this location. I would like some answers I tried calling and it goes straight to voicemail.

I had the pleasure of being served by Peronica (also known as P) at Dunkin this evening. She went above and beyond in making my coffee despite being an hour before closing shop. I really appreciated her for being so kind and helpful in making a great coffee!
