Very DISRESPECTFUL towards my daughters. They went in to get doughnuts and were completely ignored for over 10 min. That is unacceptable customer service especially when they were saying excuse me a standing at the counter waiting patiently. I was on my way in to give you all a piece of my mind but my sweet child said just go to Tim Hortons Mom. Your loss Dunkin.

EVERY TIME and I mean EVERY time I go here, something is ALWAYS wrong with my order. The food, the drinks… something. I placed an order for me and my grandma and the bagel can out burnt and ROCK HARD and the bacon was burnt to a crisp. Coffee was luke warm and the whipped cream had melted by the time I got to her house (it was a 2-3 minute drive). I went there and asked for a refund, they said they can’t give me a refund for a mobile order. Whatever, I get it. Asked for a gift card, got told no. That just doesn’t make sense to me. They offered to remake it. I said I don’t want the food anymore. They said come back here another time to get it remade. They did make it up by allowing me to come another day and get a free bagel and drink, but still. Maybe get you **** together so you wouldn’t have to give out free meals…

I got a cream cheese bagel on my way to work and tried to eat it 15 minutes later, tried to eat it and it was so chewy, it was obviously microwaved. This isn’t the first time this has happened but I tried it again hoping it would be toasted. It wasn’t.

Every single time I get donuts from here they put them upside down directly on the bag and ALL the frosting sticks to the bag. And most the time it’s my 3 year old’s sprinkle donut… you try explaining that to a little kid and not having the time to go get a replacement. Lucky this time it wasn’t her sprinkle donut. But it is still stupid, And does not take a whole lot of thought to place a freaking donut in the bag correctly.

Yesterday morning I got a bagel breakfast sandwich ,about 20 mins later after I left I went to eat my sandwich to find how extremely tough the bagel was which wasn’t even the right type of bagel… I looked like a dog with a chew toy when I bit into it. Then today grabbed just an iced latte to only be a third of the way through my coffee to have a piece of paper shoot into my mouth which I spit out instantly. Called to talk to someone only to go to a message saying the voicemail isn’t set up. Definitely won’t be coming back and very disappointed

Ordered on mobile app . Never ready when picking up and can’t speak English. Somebody in front of me got my order and I saw the passenger take a drink and they sent it back and then when I pulled up, they tried to give me my order after they had already handed it out to somebody else and then took it back . My bagel is always old and stale This is my last time going there.
You guys don’t know how to make lattes whatsoever. Every time I come through, I get a milk latte. It tastes disgusting and after the second time getting this, I should’ve known.
The aroma of Dunkin’ Donuts coffee is what attracts me to the place

I think it's ridiculous how much extra you have to pay per extra scoop of matcha when they water it down so much you need it. They only put two small strips of bacon on their sandwich than push the bacon snacker sale. This is business I get it. I will always choose their matcha drinks over
