I went into this Dunkin earlier today (11 Mile/Ryan in Warren) to buy a few donuts and I have never come across such rudeness from the women behind the counter. Very unfriendly...not a pleasant experience at all.I asked for the key to the women's restroom and after giving me the runaround for a few minutes I figured out the women's bathroom was inoperable...seriously?? I came into this store 2 years ago and I was inoperable at that time as wel! Wow! An establishment that does a large amount of business, such as this Dunkin should have very clean and operable bathrooms for their customers, hands down, every single day!! They said I had to use the men's bathroom, I had no choice. I walked into it and not only was the lock on the door broken, it was incredibly filthy and beyond disgusting, smelled awful - and clearly hasn't been cleaned in months if not over a year, so I walked out immediately. This Dunkin store, the management and Dunkin HQ absolutely should be ashamed!!!!!

Terrible customer service by Sandeep or at least that’s what he told me.. I was just reading off an order I’m picking up for someone and he didn’t even great and his voice was very law and hard to understand the point of working at drive-through if people can’t even hear you and and he didn’t even get the order right told me to read the menu just because I wasn’t sure what he put down because I didn’t see it on the screen. This is ridiculous.. ..

I would give this place zero stars if I could, the couple times I've gone there, they've never gotten an order right, whether it's coffee or food. When you confront them about it, they don't fix their mistakes, they play the language barrier game, the owner should sell this place to someone that actually wants to make good food, or just close.

I was charged an extra $.50 because simply I asked for less ice I was told because it’s less ice puts more milk for my drink and that’s an extra charge I was there today 4:20 pm 8/26/25 just for the record in case management needs to read and pull up my receipt my total was originally 729 then they charge 779. It’s crazy I would never step in there .
I have not had too many issues here. It depends on who is behind the counter, it seems that they have a high staff turn around.
Ps. I have since visited this location and its now trash. Most of the staff doesn't speak English and is very difficult if not impossible to understand. They are also nasty both in hygiene and temperament. I will never visit this location again, honestly it should be closed, its absolutely disgusting.

I returned a shaken espresso, I know what it’s supposed to taste like. They tried gaslighting me into thinking it was made right. Just don’t go here.

Yet it still gets messed up or it’s not made after waiting 10+ mins the guy will go like what’s your order again ??????
