I tried to call to be fair because I don’t like to do reviews. However, the management needs to know that I bought my baby a dozen donuts yesterday I saw a piece of hair on the jelly filled donut. I threw that one out. I let it slide my daughter ate a whole doughnut, and got down to the last two bites to see a long string of hair on a glazed donut like it’s been cooked inside of it completely covered I go to be sarcastic and pick up some more like I bet it’s more on there and it literally was more on there. This is ridiculous. That is so nasty. That is so nasty. Oh my God it looked like pubic hair. It look like an Indians chin hair that was super straight or somebody’s hair on their head. I tried to get a cookie butter ice latte. Once I received my drink, the drink was even filled, I have worked at 2 Dunkin' Donuts before, so I know that all of the drinks are pre measured. I didn't get no reduction in the ice or anything like that. So there's no reason that without any sips of my drink, it should be this empty. The only reason my straw is in my drink is because the guy did not mix the ingredients at all.. And I ordered it right in front of him. But he still tried to hand my muffin to me without warming it after I ordered it warmed, It wasn't till I said something that he warmed it up. I even asked to apply here and he said that i'd have to go to a whole another store to apply, where I live It's not too far from the store. So going to another one would be out of my way. Even if I were to just accept that he did not want to warm up my muffin. The fact that my drink is this empty is not worth what I paid. I love the dunkin' donut company even before I worked at the two before I had a addiction to Dunkin' Donuts and beening originally from a different state and seening that this Dunkin Donuts is so badly done, It disappoints me.

This location is close to me so I go even though it's not the best. Today, will be my last time going. It has to be the worst customer service ever. It's never been great, but now it's beyond making excuses for. The girls are rude and they don't care. They talk on the phone will taking your order and they attempt to use the language barrier as an excuse. Sorry, being polite is a universal language!!!! The prices and the food is never consistent. Today the girl was so rude that I asked her if it was safe to drink my coffee. There is a noticeable difference in the customer service they afford some vs how others are treated. Again, money is green and I expect my dollars to be treated with the same respect as everyone else. If at all possible, pass on this location and get better service somewhere else.

Worst place ever. If you’re lucky enough to get someone that speaks English you will notice a donut place that doesn’t have donuts. But they charged me for them on door dash and made me wait for my door dash to get here without the food. But they gave me 3 wrong coffees though too. Btw not the first time a donut place doesn’t have donuts.

I usually have always avoided going to this specific location because it's hard to get into being on the corner of Van Dyke and the 696 service drive, and it all honesty, I let my mind get the best of me by assuming that this location probably wouldn't be the best location to go to since they're connected to the gas station and are probably usually busy and deal with a lot of rude customers that probably makes it hard for the workers to stay positive (worked in food customer service and I know that exact feeling) So I always just avoided that location. Anyways, the other day I decided to give it a chance and unfortunately my biases that I had towards the place were correct. I ordered a medium mocha latte which is usually a simple, easy go-to drink that's always delicious and I've never had an issue with it before, but unfortunately when I took a sip of it, it was extremely bitter. I was watching when the cashier was making my drink and usually you can see them making your espresso but I just saw her poor and already made carafe of espresso into the cup which I thought was weird before she added the other ingredients but I didn't really think much of it. But once I took that first sip and it was that bitter I knew it had to have been either. Overcooked espresso or that the espresso was sitting out for too long. I hate confrontation SOOO much so it took a lot for me to walk back in but I built up the courage to go in and extremely apologetically and nicely explain to the worker that my drink tasted very bitter and I've never had this issue before with this exact drink at other locations and I was wondering if there's any way she could please possibly fix it or make me a new drink maybe if possible (and probably apologizing for being an inconvenience and saying sorry too many times to count lol) but I was deep down hoping they would remake it (which is what I was hoping for and what other coffee places usually do) but instead she just looked at me with a weird smirk on her face that was so incredibly strange or like she was thinking of something else or staring out the window behind me or daydreaming lol or something im not really sure lol. So I watched her take the lid off my cup that already had my straw on it. Pour milk into my cup and put the existing lid that my straw is already in back on top of the cup and hand it to me. I was already feeling super awkward and didn't know what to say. And honestly, a little bit shocked that she didn't use a new lid, which I know I'm probably sounding like a "Karen" right now. But I worked in the food industry for a large part of my life and especially with all the issues going around with foodborne illnesses, ya know? I know the companies are stressing to their workers about sanitation. By then I could tell my face was getting red and redder from embarrassment so I just said thank you very much and just took the drink and walked out wishing them a great day. Moral of the story. DO NOT GO TO THE DUNKIN at 696 SERVICE DRIVE/11 MILE & VAN DYKE! All the other ones are great though
