As a teen then at the time my relationship with this place was sooo terrible and toxic when I needed support/resources it was a hit and miss I worked at the Livernois & GrandRiver location the store manager was toxic had her favorites she knew what I was going through acted like she care then fired me sooo I was struggling trying to find a way to get my job back even if I had to relocate to another store. Btw at the time I was in high school,17 Pregnant,and was homeless trying to get help. I even got in contact with her supervisor I was 5 months at the time she told me that the store manager put in notes on me saying I was always late an things of that nature knowing she knew what time my school release out an I also had to take two/three buses sometimes had to walk to get there. Even the main office talked about how terrible the store manager was God doesn’t like ugly souls cause after all that she was fired ??♀️??♀️??♀️ I don’t know how they are now but the energy was not there yet they call it a family??♀️

I called the office spoke with a lady name Karen! She was very rude ! She hung up on me twice ! I called back several times she kept sending me to voicemail not answering! I was calling to speak with somebody other than her because someone needs to know how she treat people. On top of that she’s in charge of customer complaints! It’s unacceptable! Karen is rude and it’s disgusting!

Been waiting for a follow up call back for 2 days for a complaint from a recent visit to a McDonald's on 10 mile and Hoover. I have left a few messages now and each time I call I get told "Karen" would be in around noon and so I call later in the afternoon after not hearing back and I talk to a different person and am told that "Karen" must be out in the field. So I ask who else I can speak to and am told she is it. I would not normally do this but I also spent years in the food industry and if I'm calling to complain it's pretty legitimate because usually I would just walk away and not say anything realizing that everyone has a bad day here and there but my experience was terrible and now with this customer service person not calling me back in a timely manner... yeah...

I filled out a app and a lady there signed my work permit and told me get it signed by my school then call her I did and now she won’t answer the phone I’ve been calling everyday all day this week

They're terrible, just like the Mcdonald's on Gratiot & French Rd. & Renae or Renee however you spell it has a disgusting mouth,attitude,etc.
