The bagels were very good! But, the store itself seemed tired and in need of updating, as did the employees. There was no wait and only one other person in the building however the two female employees weren't interested in myself or the other person I brought with me. They said hello and gave us our total but we're not in the least but personable or even friendly. We like the bagels but we won't be traveling here anymore as far as we do for them. The doors in the vestibule were filthy.

I treat myself to breakfast every Wednesday, and every Wednesday I am greeted with a familiar smile, fast service and great food. They did an exceptional job choosing their employees. 10/10 love everything in this gas station tbh

They don't care if they get door dash orders correct. Ordered 2 of their most simple menus items and they sent 2 of the same item instead of the 2 different items I actually ordered. Order took longer to make them than advertised and by the time the food had arrived the store closed so couldn't even reorder the correct item.

Always poor customer service. The employees seem to get irritated when ordering. Was recently told they couldn’t make me a salt bagel right now, I left confused. Never be back

Showed up during open hours, the lights were off and nobody was there. There were stale old bagels in the display case, which I didn't want anyway, so I left. Disappointed because there are no other bagel shops in the immediate vicinity.
Ordered online. It's very weird. Their bagels are completely different than any other Einstein location. Just look at the pictures of the asiago bagels in these reviews compared to the ones at other locations. Does corporate know their standards aren't being met?
