So after getting subpar pizza from here 2 times in a row earlier in the year after many (20+) previously excellent orders I stopped ordering from here. I decided earlier in the week to give them. Another chance and was yet again let down. Making this the 3rd time. Between the missing items and inconsistent cook I don't see this being better. I've left my name and number with a manager 2xs for the owner to get back with me as requested and still never has. Go back to how you used to be.

Pretty disappointed when we pay for overly priced pizza because there's a gluten free option. Asked for extra sauce and light cheese, due to dairy issues. Get home to find it's light sauce & an absurd amount of cheese. It has not only happened once or twice but three times in a row. I'm tired of giving this place as many chances as we have to throw out pizzas multiple times. Ordering online or calling to place over the phone doesn't make a difference, we've tried.

Probably one of the smallest locations, but the customer service here is Hands down the best going forward this will be the only Green Lantern location I visit. Great fast service down to earth, friendly staff.

I heard about this place, and I had to check it out. It was amazing! The price was good for the fresh stuff. The crust was crispy and buttery. I got the Detroit style, and it was perfect. The service was great, too. You gotta try this place.0

I ordered here like 6 months ago when they first opened and the pizza was phenomenal. Ordered today and pizza was burnt. Overdone. If I wasn't so hungry I would have drove back and complained. Instead I picked through the ok parts. You would think for the prices they charge the pizza would be great all the time. I mean how do you even overcook a pizza? Ugh

First of all, we have gone to the original Green lantern on 12 and John R for the last over 50 years. Their pizza is the best so when the one opened up on 13 and Ryan, I was thrilled and I think their pizza is very good. Also, I have never gotten a bad pizza only one time was the Italian sub, a little dark and hard but I never complained we order from 13 and mound often like probably once a week and this time I ordered with one of their coupons and Was told I could not use it twicecould not use. I explained to them I just did it last week with the same type of order both totaling around $70 and I always leave a tip for them except this time often we have our pizzas delivered but the last two times we picked up. It struck me funny That they were OK last week and the girl actually didn’t know if she could but she asked the managing person that night and they said sure now mind you they don’t ask for the coupon so I could have used it the very next day again so I don’t get their logic For two dollars they are giving up anywhere from $40-$70 orders from me in granite. it’s not so much the two dollars at all. It was just the principle of it to give up those orders every week for two dollars putting a review on. So I will return to the 12 mile and John our store from here on, but I still love their pizza.
