I had a great meal. The Jacob's breakfast was excellent. The service was excellent as well. The prices are reasonable. Something to be aware of is that this is a small place and can get noisy. There was a large group making a lot of noise when I was there. They very inconsiderate, loud people who didn't care about anything but what they had going on. Fortunately, they left in the middle of my time there and my colleague and I were able to have a relaxed conversation without shouting. If I return to 12 Street Grill, I'd try to return during off hours, either right after breakfast or right after lunch hours, or I'd get takeout.

First time customer. I ordered 2 Greek salads. Carryout. Total was $38 and some change. I couldn't believe 2 salads could cost $38. Absolutely unbelievable. I walked out. I can only hope they go out of business. Menu said $5.95 + $2.00 for chicken. That is not $38....

My daughter & I had breakfast here yesterday. She had eggs Benedict & I had a Greek omelet. Food& service were fabulous. Portions had us taking some home. Coming back again!
