unfortunately it’s same service the guys who works there they really doesn’t treat well and the guy on the cashier he is very disrespectful one week ago I went there with my family and there was a very beautiful and respectful girl unfortunately I can’t find her anymore I wish I know when her shifts start. I only go to see her because she really deserves to work in good places not like this place that their workers has no respect for the customer.

The experience at Haraz Coffee Shop was nothing short of disappointing. The coffee tasted like it had been brewed a week ago and left to sit out in the sun. The ambiance was akin to a dingy basement with uncomfortable chairs and dim lighting. The baristas seemed more interested in chatting amongst themselves than serving customers, and when they finally acknowledged us, they were rude and unhelpful. To top it all off, the prices were exorbitant for the dismal quality of the product and service. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this place at all costs.

Customer service is horrible, you lost me and my entire family as loyal customers. The coffee used to be good, it was horrible and it was very sad the one in Dearborn is better. I’m telling everyone I know to never come here.
I ordered the Pistachio Latte with oatmilk. The flavor was so rich ?The cheesecake was top tier.The whole vibe is lovely.

Loved finding this gem! Very serene and an adventurous menu. The service was absolutely amazing. Plenty of seating inside, spacious, and good vibes. They serve Turkish coffee and Yemin lattes. Desserts too. Parking is lot parking right in front. You will pay for top quality coffee, display and all. So expect to pay top dollar and it is so worth it! Can't wait to return!
