I stopped by Hibachi 2 Go today and was honestly impressed from start to finish. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted right away, and the team member helping me (Cam) was patient, polite, and super helpful. He answered all my questions, told me about the 20% off special, and even showed me my food before packing it up to make sure everything looked perfect.
The atmosphere felt friendly and everyone seemed happy to be there and the food was delicious! Great customer service makes all the difference. I’ll definitely be back!

I should of knew when no one was in there to just go to a different place I spend 70$ on my order to start off it was all oil my hand was covered in it that just came from the box and for 2 how did I get a 30$ dinner with no can pop I’ll never go back

Hibachi Go is an awesome choice of restaurant for trying to eat healthy; food is top shelf & customer service is quality as well. Id highly recommend this to family and friends but I’d be sure to let them know that the prices definitely price but so do the deals. My personal favorite is the 3 proteins with the regular sized platter, gets me fully everytime and the chefs definitely cook like they love their profession. This establishment is a undoubtedly a 10/10.

This is terrible I could've went to China 1 and came out better. Small shrimp and rice I literally had 4 shrimp that had so much pepper on them, rice was hard ordered online and still waited, you got big man sitting and don't want to move while people wait. Never again will I spend my money here.

Today was my first time eating there and it was so worth it. Let’s start with as soon as you enter you are GREETED and where I’m spending my money I LOVES to be spoken too properly😂. Not only did they speak but all three of the cashier’s were extremely personable. The establishment maybe small but very cozy and clean and I really loved that. Now the star of this review is the food and all of my food came out hot, timely and VERY tasty. Shot out to Lay and her coworkers who made my experience entertaining also. Please go try them, you won’t be disappointed.

This food was so flavorful! We had Chicken Hibachi and Shrimp Hibachi dinners. Did not disappoint!!! Wasn’t greasy like others and a good portion size. We will definitely be back.
