Wow! First time we ordered carryout, the food was delicious! Absolutely nailed it.
Fast forward a couple weeks later & what was packed up and delivered to me ….. will be my last.
It was obvious when we opened the cheese sticks, the fryer oil was nasty & an absolute idiot cooked our food. Everything was inedible. Chicken looked petrified before it was fried. Pickle was warm with 5 shades of pickle green, all grosser than the next. Ranch, 3 cups. All warm, all different shades of grey, not white.

I ordered off Door Dash my Reuben sandwich was terrible! The corned beef was over cooked. I am so pissed. Potato Wedges were good even though I ordered seasoned curly fries.

As a customer for 40 years, I will never return after getting the worst food from the new owners. Everything has changed, food served is not the same as menu states, from burnt fish, smaller portion sizes, uneditable including coleslaw, tarter sauce, fish and even the pickles, very disappointed! What a shame to serve food under such a great brand! Did not want a refund or a new meal, want the original house of Reuben back! 40 years of great food from original owners to I will never return, speaks volumes!

First off, loved the service. The lady who handed me the food was so personable and tried leaving me with all sorts of free candy.
The food was iffy… awesome Reuben (figures, it’s in the name), good coney dog, a salad fit for a king with a half pound of chicken on it easily… and some of the greasiest, most terrible curly fries I’ve ever had. Real mixed bag.
But overall! Come here and get the Reuben! But hold the fries.

First time eating from here and last time. Got the menu with a 20% off coupon printed on it in our mail box, so thought we would give it a try since we love corned beef. Ordered a corned and Swiss on pumpernickel bread and some corned beef egg rolls. Got home had a burnt corned beef sandwich with mustard and some kind of other sauce on it. Took it back they did remake the sandwich the right way this time without burning it. Get back home sit down to eat the the Swiss cheese tasted funky the corned beef had no flavor at all. Now the corned beef egg rolls there were really good but they gave them with duck sauce, ummm any other place always gives you them with thousand Island. Only reason they got any stars is because they didn't have a problem remaking my sandwich and the egg rolls where good, but will not be ordering from here again. I was told it could have been the cooks at the time who knows, but I was taking with family members about this place before we ordered and told them I would be the test rats for this place lol told them how it was for us, so they might still try it though. Let's see if they have better experience then we did.

First off the food is very pricey, and when I got my cornbeef sandwich the meat was very dry, little to no cheese and my husband’s sandwich had way more meat than mines did an it was paper stuck to the the meat i literally was eating paper an did not know it. Now they said they serve soups and chili well I spent $5 for a bowl of chili and to my surprise it was nothing more than canned hot dog chili, Wendy’s serve chili this was black slop very disgusting and know it shouldn’t have been served. We spent $51 for this crap!! I will never eat here again an I will never recommend this place to anyone. Terrible! terrible! Terrible!!!!!!

As of 11/11/2024... takeout, new owners only open 9 days so far. Have to update info but can drive up or use online ordering. Still huge portions, but Reuben flavor was soso... Broasted potatoes not my thing, soggy by time we got to them. There was a long standing history of quality; shouldn't mess with a good thing. There's a new bee curve we'll give them some time...

I have always been satisfied until August 23, 2024. I always order online. My order was $14.84, I paid with my debit card, i even got a notification thay my order is ready, i take my lunch break drive 5 minutes away to see a sign on the door that they on vacation til like August 28, well its September 23, they still have not opened, i left several voicemais asking for my refund, still no refund.they changed there hours on the web but still have not open back up yet
This was probably one of the most BLAND TASTELESS corned beef sandwiches I ever had. Spent $28 on two of them and they were terrible. These reviews have to fabricated. It’s no way I spent almost $30 on two corned beef sandwiches that were THAT bland

Ordered through grubhub and the Cornbeef sandwich was the worst Cornbeef I have tasted. Meat was not fresh, no mustard , hard bread.and the sandwich didn't have a lot of meat. Would not recommend, and I will not order from that restaurant again.
