Specifically put two times Well Done cook well done. Pizza is super doughy and cut an odd sizes like a kindergartener cut it. Had to cook the pizza in my own oven. This is why I pay my hard-earned money for food that's supposed to be cooked already.

I have come here several times and usually get pretty good service. This day it took them forever just for someone to come to the front to greet me. Not impressed today. The cook on the pizza pie was excellent. Well done just as I requested.

Not sure what's going on here lately. I've heard a couple people have quit because of the new manager, and some of those people were the only reason worth ordering from this Howie's. Food quality has gone down, wait times are up, orders are frequently wrong. I'm not sure what this Shauwn manager is doing, but it's definitely not good.

Dude, ever since Josh left it’s never been the same. The place seems so disorganized, the workers seem so lost in what their doing. I’ve been coming to this specific howies for the last 3 years because of this dude. And this new Sean dude just…doesn’t measure up…really sad to see good workers get replaced like this.

The box too was smashed onto the large pizza and cheese was stuck to it. No flavoring was on either crust and pizza was barely warm.
