You have to tip every time or drive will cry and yell outside your home the store needs to tip I work as a carpet cleaner and I don’t push or ask for tip that’s a no good for business

Since you at least have to put one. This place has horrible customer service. Said didn’t have my order. Then cancelled my order then said he has 3 of my orders. Been waiting since 430 for my pizza. Still didn’t get it. Had to go up there. Still refused to cook my order. Will not be going back.

One of the few places that can make a pizza we are willing to eat. They sometimes to get it perfect for what we asked for. But it's great and it's the only place we are willing to go back to.
I stopped at the Hoover and Warren location a few weeks ago when leaving work. My experience for the first time was great and customer service was the best. The food was fresh and delicious. My grandson's and I enjoyed every bite lol. It was after 10pm on a Friday when I went and one of the HHP gentlemen employees was so kind to help me to my car with my food.

It was curious because we showed up to order in the small location and saw a sign to the side of the register with some deals. One indicated online and carryout. So we ordered. They charged us twice as much and when we questioned they said it was online order only. We tried to suggest the irony of having the sign for the deal IN STORE next to the register if we can't order said special there. And some may say go outside order online and wait for it. But in what world does that extra step of inconvenience make more sense then just honoring it at the register where they placed the sign...won't get far turning customers and their money away at the till. Why would someone get the deal for ordering online when we have just spent gas money to come INTO your brick and mortar to support your business? Crazy to me. We won't be back. Can't comment on the food as we didn't get any.
