Ordered one of their new Detroit style pizzas for delivery. The pizza was burnt to a crisp and inedible. There's no excuse for this, how do you look at this pizza and think it's perfectly fine to send out to a customer???

Been going here sense I was a kid always good pizza. (Update) guy working there has no hairnet but long hair and had this hoodie with thumbwholes in it and you can see pizza crap all over it. So they dont use gloves either. Its appalling to think this is how its been ran sense in as a child.

I went around 9 ordered online two gentlemen working very nice but my sub was the best one I had at like 3 locations so good you can tell they take they time with each item will now go on Wednesdays at night ! Actually put all the extra toppings I wanted

The pizza was burnt-It was on a Saturday night.The receipt said New customer. When you put a pizza in the oven and go out back to smoke a joint and you accidentally burn the pizza. You should remake it for the customer, not still sell it to them.Very Disappointing.1st and last time here.Its sad how human beings are with each other, especially down in this neighborhood.
I was really disappointed with my order this time. The pizza itself was burnt but the way they cut it was ridiculous. Every slice was normal except for one giant slice that was the size of three regular slices combined. It made sharing super awkward and just felt lazy.
I expect a pizza place to at least cut the slices evenly, and this was just sloppy. Definitely not the experience I was hoping for.
Would I order again? Maybe, but only if they step up their attention to detail.

Do you have robots making the pizza as well as taking the order $25 for a medium pizza under cooked all the items just thrown on one side and barely any Cajun crust WE WANT A REFUND IM SURE YOU DONT CARE . Last time we ordered the robot took our order and when I got there you were closed . That's it we are done ! QUALITY OF AMERICA ! COOK AT HOME PEOPLE
