Wednesday 12/3/2025 the young “lady” at the front counter was very rude to me and refused to give me an eta on my order. (Maliya) may be spelled incorrectly, my apologies if so.
After I asked a young gentleman who was busy I promptly received an answer. He was kind and professional. (Brandon)
John was also very kind and helpful.
This review would be a 5 star if “Maliyah” wasn’t so rude. She ruined the atmosphere. I saw her go to several employees and complain about the fact that I asked how long the pizza would take. She said “I can’t tell you because I don’t know when it was put in”. Which is when I requested she ask staff when it was placed in the oven. She never gave me an answer, she did not speak one more word to me. She did, however, complain to multiple employees about the fact that I asked when my order would come out promptly after asking her.
She’s not only providing terrible customer service but her behavior is lowering the morale of the team.
Positive energy leads to positive results.
Maliyah creates a toxic work environment and a negative customer service experience.
Keep up the good work, we love your pizza! But the more we have to deal with people like Maliyah the less often we will come if at all.

Eh, it was my first time here, ordered ahead via phone, they said 15 minutes but i stood in the lobby 15 more minutes after it should have been ready. Got a specialty and it was only ok. especially after the wait

I’ve never experienced a more toxic and unprofessional environment at a business. The staff at this location are consistently rude not just to customers, but to their own employees. It’s not just one bad day or a single person it’s a pattern. There have been multiple instances where managers and even owners have openly disrespected their workers in front of customers. It’s uncomfortable to witness, and it speaks volumes about how poorly this place is run.
Worse, complaints are either ignored or brushed off, and the same problematic employees remain in charge. It's clear they have no interest in improving the culture or treating people with basic respect. If you value good service or basic human decency go somewhere else.

Their pizzas are the best. I don't just mean in comparison to other brands, but also compared to other Jets locations. Also very generous in coupons for local residents. Generally the wait time is a bit longer than estimations, but it's worth the wait.

Food was good. I went for lunch and was picking up lunch for someone else too. Went through the drive thru and was told I could not place two orders at the same time. I had to place one order then drive thru again to place a second order. They told me it was because the timer they use to make sure they give good service was the reason. I think they need to think this through, so dumb.
