Ordered online and site said ready in 15 minutes. I knew that was impossible on a Friday night so showed up after 30. Told it would be right out and joined the growing group waiting in store. After 15 minutes my name was called and instead of my order being ready, I was told again, it will be right out. After another 5 my order arrived, barely warm. A better policy would be to tell customers an actual estimate of the wait and after the wait, make sure they get hot food.
