I am so sorry I love Jets ,but on this order I waited 29 minutes for my pizza I live 6 blocks away ,I usually pick it up, but my room mates both just got out of the hospital and I am taking care of them ,so sad today.

I ordered pizza here for my students. They were over 15 minutes late to deliver the pizza and while I was on the phone with them, they ended up hanging up on me. They wanted to give me a $15 credit for the next time. I order food there and I said why would I want that? I’ll never order from this jets again when there is another one that’s .2 miles further away.

Placed order online, prepaid, went to pick up, seen staff inside, making pizzas, door was locked, knocking on door, and no one would answer! Email received that order was ready and still no answer at the door! Employees looked right at the 5 ppl standing outside, and just looked away! When you call the phone number, you get the ordering center and can not connect to the location.

I almost never use delivery, but I did tonight and was very pleased with the service. The driver arrived earlier than expected, he was courteous, and the pizza was piping hot.

The best Jets around! I visit my grandparents in this area and we always get this Jets. I've lived all around Metro Detroit and they seem get get it right everytime.
10 stars isn't enough for there staff, for this locations. I’ve done many large catering orders and they knock it out to perfection, every time. Thank you to the gentleman that helped me this morning!

Ok so this is my absolute last time ever going to this Jets location i just told the guy ringing me up he was getting this review if they didn't make my pizza how i was paying for it . I just paid $25 for a pizza and again the pizza maker didn't either read the ticket or he just doesn't care and now I know they just don't care . 3 times I paid for extra cheese and this trash barely has cheese u owe me my money back and your location sucks it really does . Skimp on items . Learn how to make a pizza what are you that cheap or you just like ripping people off . Who owns this place ? I cant believe you even stay in business . I would never let my customers get ripped off 3 time let alone once poor management . You and your BOTs
