This Jimmy Johns is probably one of the best as far as quality of food and correct orders go. They're always friendly and fast. Today was the only time they ever screwed up my order and forgot a drink. I called and within minutes I had my drink at my door! I would highly recommend this Jimmy Johns.

I went in to this location in Warren to redeem a FREE sandwich ordered from my J.J.’s app. The sandwich was ready, bagged, and placed on a rack where all of the online orders are placed. The sandwich was filled with yummy ingredients, no skimping, like other places. Best sandwich I ever ordered from a Jimmy John’s! I will definitely return to this location.

last time I ordered from this location they never rang the doorbell and left my sub out in the rain next to a trash can on the ground. I called in to see if they delivered the sub and after investigation the sub was found after an hour. To try and smooth things over they said they would send me a new sub that day and offer a free sub I was informed that my account had been noted that i had a free sub next time I ordered. I just tried to get this free sub and they told me my account could not be found. I also tried to order on the website and it told me my building is no longer in their service area. This is not a post about their bad food. this is more or less just a complaint bout their lack of professionalism.
