This location is not it, staff doesn’t display cleanliness no foil under your sandwich during preparation talking and laughing loudly over food while preparing your order, just plops your met on top of everything else no order of making a sandwich cashier uses same gloves to finish your sandwich as he uses with taking cash. yeah never again with this Location.

I ordered door dash and my order was completely wrong I called the store offered to bring it back and the Manerger Melanie,completely stepped in and corrected my order and sent it back to me for free I'm a sick woman with diabetes that need to eat at a creating time and she's my hero I totally recommend this location 30661 Hoover rd Warren mi and food is fresh made with care and it was doordash fault and she still correct it THANK YOU HAPPY CUSTOMER 😊 LOVE YOU MANERGER MELANIE

Zavion and Alex provided stellar service. My sandwich was amazing and exactly as ordered. They were patient and informative. I only go to this location because the staff makes my sandwich correctly and worth my money. Whomever does the hiring did a great job at the hoover location. These guys are phenomenal.

Disappointed in the Quality Drop
We stopped into this Jimmy John’s location next to our favorite laundromat, and while the place was clean and the setup looked good, the quality of the food has definitely gone downhill. I ordered a turkey sandwich, and as you can see from the picture, there was barely any turkey on it—maybe half a slice when it should have been closer to 3 ounces.
The sandwich looked sad, and honestly, for the price, it’s not what I expect from Jimmy John’s. Also, the staff seemed disengaged like we were invisible, which made the experience feel rushed and impersonal.
It’s disappointing because I’ve always loved the convenience of this chain, but this visit didn’t live up to expectations. Hoping they tighten things back up soon.

It's all about the staff. Restaurant chains are all the same, what makes it is the staff. The staff didn't seem too familiar with the procedures and felt like it took longer than it should have to get a sandwich. Not people friendly. Low speaking, no smiles, no greeting. Customer service could be worked on.

This location is always super slow for delivery. Placed an order around 1:15, didn't get our 2 sandwiches until after 1:50 pm. Freaky fast they are not. Food quality is always pretty good, should probably just drive the 1 mile to go pick it up next time. The delivery girl was nice.

This Jimmy Johns is probably one of the best as far as quality of food and correct orders go. They're always friendly and fast. Today was the only time they ever screwed up my order and forgot a drink. I called and within minutes I had my drink at my door! I would highly recommend this Jimmy Johns.
