Not sure how a sandwich that is supposed to be made with roast beef and turkey gets made with ham and turkey instead. And their ham is insanely salty, so the whole thing was just a no-go and a total waste of money. Yeah, we got our money for the sandwich back, but not the delivery fee and tip, so we're totally out $7 and can't order a new sandwich, with delivery and fees and can't go pick one up because we're both sick. So thanks for not doing your jobs at all. We'll just skip the fact that I was only re-imbursed $5 when I bit into a screw in the middle of a JJ's sandwich. Thanks guys. Guaranteed will never order from them again.

The team here is always upbeat and the restaurant and bathroom is always clean and well stocked. The sub items (bread, meats, veggies, condiments) are always fresh and delicious and the pickles are always crunchy, crisp and cold! This is one of my FAV locations and I visit at least twice a month!

Last two orders have been wrong, missing toppings, and thrown together with no care. Use to order them all the time but I rather take my money to the 12 and Dequinder location.

There was a very rude guy that was making the subs. Had no patience as this was my first time having Jimmy John's so I had questions about the sizes of the subs. I strongly recommend going to a different location or a different sub place all together. My first and last time going here.

Ordered Doordash tonight from this location. My order was processed and I received a phone call before closing time that they were closed and I'd have to contact door dash for my refund. All of this happened before the posted closing time of 9pm. If the lazy employees are unwilling to work up until the time the location closes maybe the hours should be adjusted. You've lost a loyal customer.

Had an order delivered and they forgot my drink. Called this location the person who answered was very quick with me over the phone kind of laughed and said they would have the driver come back with my missing item and immediately hung up with me. Surprise , surprise no driver ever returned with my drink. Only use this location if you plan to pay for things you won't receive.
