Ordered for delivery. Called cause said delivered but wasnât and cause taking a while, said delivered to the wrong house. No big deal, they said sending back out. Definitely warm drinks and foods warm like they went back to the house they delivered to 30 minutes before and grabbed the food and brought to usâŠ. Disgusting. Then only 1 piece of meat in two of the three sandwiches⊠very disappointing

There's a taller husky gentleman working here who I had the pleasure of dealing with. I was blown away by the great customer service. It's been a long time since I've come in here as the male manager is extremely rude. I meant to ask in his name so I could mention it. Friendly guy, young, greet the guests as they come and go!

Stopped in for an Italian night club because I was in the area. A clean store, the front door should get looked at, friendly staff, good energy from the manager Betty for a great experience. Sandwich was delicious!

I stopped in here on my way home for a few turkey toms. Food tasted very fresh and service was fast. Betty was very attentive and friendly. The building was also very clean. I'll be stopping in at this location more often.

There was a stand of hair in the sandwich. I chewed it and spit it out cause it didnât feel right. Its black/brown straight hair 5-6â

This Jimmy Johnâs has THE rudest manager. You wouldnât think making subs is hard yeah? Well apparently for him it is. Ordered a turkey tom with salami for delivery, it came with ham and no salami. We called back and they apologized, sending a new sandwich. The new sandwich comes, turkey and ham, no salami! We call back, he says heâs going to âscreamâ at his employees. New sandwich comes, mind you the first order was ordered at 216pm, itâs now 3pm. New sandwich comes, we ask to open it before the driver leaves, she refuses to let us opening it saying itâs the same, and takes the other sandwiches. We open the sandwich when she left, surprisingly there is salami, NO LETTUCE. We call back, the manager states that he just made it and it had lettuce, we state how rude the driver was with how she talked and that she refused to let us check before she left. The manager says that he doesnât know what to tell us heâs not making another one, he made us â4â sandwiches already. So not only can we not make sandwiches with the correct ingredients but now we canât count. âtake lettuce off one of the other onesâ, we stated that she took them, he refused to make another one OR give us our money back. Jimmy johns, do your best to hire managers who donât act like petty 15 year olds.

I did not call to complain when uber eats left my drinks behind. Shout out to the manager Betty who called ME to make it right and take care of us next time we order. Food was good too.

Iâve been going to jimmy Johnâs for years and I always get the same order. This is what I got from my latest visit when ordering a number 4. Very disappointing that the staff would think itâs acceptable to wrap this up and send out as a take out order for a customer.
