I was there yesterday, 11/25/25 in the evening. Placed an order & told the cashier I would tell the sandwich makers what I wanted. Apparently, I assumed he heard me. Paid & was going to add veggies to the sandwich. I told the young lady with the different colored hair I wanted to add items & she proceeded to close the bag. I explained I didn't want it & she didn't offer to make another. Stood her ground & told me I was supposed to tell the cashier. I told them to return my payment. She was sassy about it when helping the cashier which pissed me off even more. Didn't give me a return receipt, so I had to ask. Never had an issue before & I chose this location over another. Is that how you operate? I couldn't let this experience slide. Disappointed!!!!

1. I didn't realize JJs wasn't delivering there own food anymore.
2. I ordered 4 subs, 3 bags of chips, 1 pickle. I got a message that u er would be delivering my meal wasn't happy with that they should inform you that at delivery. When I recieved my food the bag was stapled shut no tape anywhere on the bag, I recieved 2 subs 1 bag of chips and 1 pickle. the food that I ordered for my children was not in the bag. Upset spending that much money I called the women I talked to said she packed the bag herself, then asked why I called like I was the bother. I just wanted to know what was the next step she said it hold on put me on hold then the line disconnected. The only reason I ordered out, was migraines and I didn't feel good so I thought I would do something nice for my family. Sadly disappointed pro ably my last time ordering JJs.

Give old going bad lettuce and dont fix their mistakes and will just not do delivery orders for at least an hour then lie about it. Never had this much trouble at a jimmy johns before. Will NOT be going back. Gave like 5 or 6 chances to get better but never did

I often go to this location for lunch or an early dinner. Yesterday, I ordered a sub to go and the employee ( scraggly looking white dude with a reddish beard) was extremely rude. He barely acknowledged me when I approached the counter. When I inquired about customizing my sub, he argued with me the whole time, at one point he was shouting. If this is the kind of behavior they tolerate from their employees I will not be back.

My blood sugar was extremely low and I stop in to get me a fountain drink to raise it quickly. When I went to pay for my drink I explain to the cashier I was only getting the drink and no food because my BS levels were low she quickly told me to don't worry about paying for the drink and to sit down a get myself together and she even offer me a cookie! I really appreciate that cashier was kind and caring and next time I'm in the area I will definitely get a sandwich.

I made an order at 10:52. I was never contacted or communicated eith on when my delivery arrived, the driver never once called or texted me at any point. I waits until 12:52 by which point I had to be told by a coworker that the food had been sitting in the buisness lobby since they left for lunch an hour ago. How the hell do you run a buisness where communication eoth the customer is key and neglect that part. This is the worst experience I have ever had with a store. If I could I'd give it negative stars for the shitty service. Close this location or hire competent staff.

1st time trying Jimmy John's ever, tried the Hunter sandwich, double roast beef combo, it was decent, I'd eat here b4 eating sub***. the chips are pretty good ( reminds me of Mrs. fishers potato chips).

On June 24, 2025, I placed an order through the
Jimmy John’s app order #36190851066347520 for a
delivery at 11:45 a.m. The delivery time was given as
11:45 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., which fell during my lunch
break. Apparently, the delivery driver told the
company that he called me multiple times, but I had one missed call due to poor service at the pick-up area. I called back multiple times, but no one answered. I then called the store directly to speak to someone, who claimed that the driver said he had called multiple times and waited. However, I was standing at the front where deliveries are made before 11:50 a.m., so this was clearly a lie. They said they would call the driver again to make the delivery attempt. I decided to call the driver again to get an estimated time of arrival. He finally picked up and informed me that it would be 10 minutes. However, when I saw his vehicle at 12:31 p.m., he drove past the location for deliveries. I called again, and as I was letting him know that he passed the door. He became
belligerent and so I asked if he had made a delivery
to my job before because he had passed the door. I
explained that he was at the wrong spot. As a result, I
didn’t receive my food until after 12:30 p.m. When I
finally opened my order, I discovered that I had an
incorrect order—no turkey on my turkey sandwich. I
couldn’t speak with a manager because the employee claimed that a manager wasn’t there, only for the employee to want to offer me a $13 credit. This has been the worst experience I’ve ever had with this company and is truly unacceptable. If I could give no stars from this experience I would.

Bread was hard as a brick. Could not enjoy my sandwich because my bread was so hard. I ask was the bread supposed to be this hard... they told me yes.. all the bread is this texture. I tore the roof of my mouth up. Thanks Jimmy John's for wasting my 11 dollars

Of If I can do a zero I would . I had a bad experience last year at the 9mil and Warren Mi location from Nasty unfriendly service and again about a month ago same and worse no Hello no Thank you just unprofessional and I wrote on the website and no one replied back maybe because I complained before and then it called and customer service said they see I left a comment to the store and now reply? She said they don’t reply? And she took my number to have the store Owner to contact me and it’s over a week. NO NEED NOW ,I WILL NEVER VISIT THAT LOCATION AGAIN, I’ll keep my money in my pockets and visit somewhere else. And it only take minutes to call or check up but seeing a Complaint isn’t important than GOOD CUSTER SERVICE!! And No I didn’t complain for a free Cookie or Drink.ITS ABOUT GOOD SERVICE WHERE MY MONEY SPENDS!!
