This location needs to close. Every time I place a delivery order, I am patient because I know they never have any drivers. Today, however, I placed a delivery order and waited over an hour and a half. I called the store to see where my order was and was basically gaslit by this employee telling me I placed my order for pickup instead of delivery (not true). He then proceeded to tell me I would have to come and pick up my order and there was no way to deliver it. I asked if I could just get refunded, and he told me that the order was not even charged (again, not true). Also, he tried to make me feel guilty by saying "we already made your sandwich and used bread, so we will just have to cancel it out on our end". Like, ok??? So disappointing, honestly. Just close the store if you cannot staff it lol.
And THEN, I got a notification from Uber that my order was on the way. Smh.

Placed an order online. Their service is horrible! Waited over an hour, trying to get my meal. Made calls to discover where my food was. I got excuses. When I just made my last call, the person at the restaurant said that he did not like my tone. At this point, I asked for a refund, and I am still waiting for that! As those around me would be willing to attest, I was never rude to anyone. I will be sharing this with my coworkers at the plant. We should not order from a place that doesn’t seem to respect and appreciate us.

I walked in and was completely ignored. ? The first thing I heard was, "May I help you?" I asked about the $6 deal I saw advertised on TV, but the cashier had no idea what I was talking about. ? I ordered 3 Italian subs and a Buffalo chicken wrap and went to the end of the counter to pick up my order. They just put my order in the window and pointed to the bags, saying I could bag my own stuff if I liked. ? I've never had to bag my own food, especially after paying $40 for it! The whole experience was just plain weird. ?#badservice #neveragain
This place is amazing. The lady who is taking over the store helped me place my order a different way so I could save a few bucks! I really like this place and recommend it.

Robert was amazing!! Great service, fast and friendly!! Made perfect sandwiches!! My husband still talks about how good his sandwich was and we ordered 2 days ago! Will order from Robert every time!! He was also great with my kids who can be a pain!!! Some of the best tuna I've ever had as well!!

I love Jimmy John’s but this is my favorite store everyones great and fast! My driver rob delivered it to me on time even with a delay!

I went to this location last night at about 8:45pm. Before I could get out of my truck, they locked the door on me. They don't close until 9pm, and they just stood there and ignored my knocks on the window. I was so disappointed. I wish I could give this location 0 stars. I will never support this particular location ever again!

Ordered threw app asked for sauce on the side also called to make sure sauce was on side was written on recipe, but no side of sauce was in my bag sandwich was sauceless Also paid for extr Vito shows on recite it didn’t have that ether I called and was told by shanell they would owe me the extra meat and give me free chips for inconvenience so it’s ok, but the fact is I’ve worked at a jimmy John’s and u legit read the recite and make the sandwich as reading this location needs better employees that can fully read is all I can say both things that were on the recite were not in my order bread was A1 so was sandwich other then it not being filling missing meat just wish inshops there could read and do things correct or not do them at all and find new employment when I worked there it was fun and easy just got busy at times but again just need take 30 secs out your day and read the damn ticket
