Actually deserves a 0 star. Customer service is terrible, very unprofessional. Wait time for food is uncalled for, acting like I ordered a steak at a chicken place. Order was nothing special, some chicken and sides. Been waiting 45 min, and it was an online order. What's the point of ordering online, if I'm just gonna have to wait once I get to store. Do better management. Will never return to this one, hopefully it will get closed down like checkers.

Came to this restaurant KFC wow the drive thru employee who must be working afternoon shift sure rude when did KFC telling customer you can't just order dark meat ? I have never had any KFC telling me I can't order just dark meat. My family don't eat white meat so now we have to waste chicken the manager needs to reteach their employees respect and customers service

9/10/25 the grease is burnt! Ordered the new wings and everything taste like burnt grease! Didn’t feel like driving back, but I really want my money back 🙄

They served me a green and black moldy peice of chicken in my famous bowl today. They put it right on top. Also a very stale biscuit. This was my second bad experience here. I will not be returning to this location ever.
