Came to this restaurant KFC wow the drive thru employee who must be working afternoon shift sure rude when did KFC telling customer you can't just order dark meat ? I have never had any KFC telling me I can't order just dark meat. My family don't eat white meat so now we have to waste chicken the manager needs to reteach their employees respect and customers service

9/10/25 the grease is burnt! Ordered the new wings and everything taste like burnt grease! Didn’t feel like driving back, but I really want my money back 🙄

They served me a green and black moldy peice of chicken in my famous bowl today. They put it right on top. Also a very stale biscuit. This was my second bad experience here. I will not be returning to this location ever.

Absolutely the worst and slowest location in the area, you'll be waiting 30 minutes easily. Don't waste your time, just go to the next nearest location.
This place is slower moving than any other KFC in the area. And any time I order chicken strips, I get tiny pieces. At other KFCs in the area, the pieces are either larger, or they throw in an extra piece to compensate. I guess that's neither here nor there since KFC changed their strips and I won't buy them again. The employees were nice though.

I’ve noticed a serious decline in this location over the last few months, but tonight sealed the deal for me and I will NEVER go back. First off, the employees have horrible hygiene. They smell every time I go in and never wear gloves or hair nets. One even hit on me multiple times after politely declining and then straight up saying no, telling me, and I quote “my man don’t gotta know”. As I was waiting for my order to be called, I witnessed a young man asking about an online order and to fulfill a side it wouldn’t allow him to choose. Not only did the customers waiting in line berate and even CURSE at him, the employees decided to join in on the fun and were laughing too. The poor guy looked so embarrassed and defeated. Not sure when people decided harassment, bullying, and unprofessionalism was the standard in any kind of establishment, but this is incredibly embarrassing for a corporation like this, and even worse if it’s a franchise.
