I ordered at 12 p.m, got home at 12:06 so how is this food is so old & cold 6? The coleslaw is frozen, the mash is cold, with no gravy and the chicken taste 3 days old. I ordered strips and got old chicken thighs. ? It's disgusting. I will NEVER order from them again.

Came in the evening for a quick meal while waiting for a tow truck. Rough and tiring day. Looking forward to some nuggs and the chicken sandwich. I ordered a KFC sauce, a honey mustard, and a buffalo ranch. I got charged for the dipping sauces, but I never received them. The nuggets were overcooked and desperately could have used them. At least they tasted okay. But please, if you're gonna charge a customer for sauces, make sure they go out with the order.

The people that work the night shift are very rude I never experienced this type of behavior at kfc the whole night shift needs to be fired!!!

Had a small issue with my order but Liberty was very nice and Nate absolutely immediately corrected it and got what I was missing and really showed great customer service and was great! I own a business and hope my employees take care of customers tgat well! Thank you Nate and Liberty!

Service was fine. The food however was not. @5:30 on a Thursday you would think you would get hot fresh food. No. Bought an 8 piece dark meat original meal with mashed& gravy and a coleslaw. Keep in mind I live 3 minutes from this place. The chicken was barely warm and it was almost like it was steamed the coating was falling off. The mashed potatoes were also barely warm and a bit runny.the coleslaw was as if they were running out of the dressing so it was on there sparingly. 4 sad, sad little biscuits and 3 little pieces that may have come from some other biscuits. The only thing remotely hot was the gray that I happily drown those sad biscuits in. Very disappointed in this meal. Doesn't anyone care about their product anymore??? AND my son got the famous bowl- 4 yes 4 tiny little pieces of chicken in it. I guess that's how it's made now because it was mentioned in another review

You really need to start hiring people with people skills every time I come here they are rude taking your order they never have anything. Get to the window she doesn’t say hello she doesn’t tell me my total and then has my food hand me my card back says nothing it doesn’t take a rocket scientist to work at a fast food restaurant so if you can’t even have people skills enough to work in a fast food restaurant you’re good for nothing. I will never come to this location again I will take the drive up further to somewhere where people have people skills and they always have what we want and I will also make sure that people I know never come to this location again. Quit hiring people that don’t want to work

Went around 7pm today. They weren't busy. It was 1 car ahead of me. I Ordered a #9 spicy chicken sandwich box and a famous bowl. The order/food was received fast via drive thru. The staff was polite. I had to ask for sauce for the nuggets though. They also gave me the wrong drink. I asked for a water and was given fruit punch. The food was luke warm, not hot or very fresh. I wasn't given plastic ware or a receipt. && my kfc bowl only had 4 pieces of chicken bites in it.
