I love these people. I live two minutes away from vandkye location but I’ll drive out my way to get here mainly because they use white meat in the pot pie the other store manger told me himself that he use whatever meat he has leftover in the pot pie and taste gross 🤮

Been order on the app. These last few time at this location didn't go so well. First out of the last two times, order said ready for pick up. Pull up at the window give my name and everyone started running around. They couldn't find it so we can see them made us another order. Alright not really a big deal. This last time last night. When a person orders chicken strips and/or nuggets they expect to dip them at least most people do. Ordered tenders comes with sauce even ordered extra sauce and paid for it. Got all the way home, NO SAUCE. Only reason I wanted tenders was because of the kickback and sticky chicken sauce. Cravy them for some odd reason. Yep kind of upset that I got no sauce of any kind with my tender. I feel these last few times they have not been on the ball with their orders. Normal I've seen the workers go back and double check to make sure they have everything. Especially when some one ordered nuggets or tenders, not everyone has somethings at home to dip it in. Wasn't pleased last night with naked chicken tenders. I will keep coming back, but please staff make sure you check your bags. Do you give biscuits with out honey? Noooo, sooo sauce with nuggets/tenders please and thank you. I will also do my part as well and ask next time.

The young lady at the counter looked like she did not want to be there so I chose not to place an order and left. On my way out I could hear her laughing very loudly. I will never eat at this location again

Never will I EVER order from here again!!! They took our $72 and never made the food! They also never answered the phones friends drove by no one at the drive through so no reason to ignore the calls!

I had a great experience at this location. I went to a different chicken place before I came here and waited in line for 30 minutes. So it was a huge relief to be able to walk in and get good customer service right away. The food was fresh and hot.
