Service was fine but ordered a family meal that was supposed to have 6 PC chicken and tenders. When I got home (after driving through a snowstorm) realized that the tenders weren't included in the bag. Disappointing considering i have people who will only eat tenders! Hopefully they'll do better in the future

I ordered for my family and friends and our biscuits where doughy uncooked and when I took them back to get cooked ones the staff with the color headphones started getting smart with myself and others didn't get her name because she didn't have on a name tag however she was African American lady who worked 12-16-2024 at 6pm. I was then greeted with racial slurs from this lady and threatened to have my ass kicked by her. this behavior is unacceptable and unprofessional the owner needs to be aware of his staff behavior towards customers. I'm definitely going to contact the better business Bureau and the HEALTH DEPARTMENT about this place at Schoenherr and 13 mile.

Location is horrible when no manager is in employees is rude and doesn't manage time very well also they are OK with putting food that's been sitting for some time back in the oven to warm up and serving it to you. 2 employees and one "manager" up front and still got multiple ppl in lobby...I seen Manager Sue who is not in at the moment move much faster and serve better quality food by herself with just a cook in the back

The portion size of the KFC bowl has been cut in half. It's now snack size with 5 pieces of popcorn chicken.
I ordered chicken, and when I got home and opened the box more than half the meat was missing from the bone. I tried calling several times to address the issue, but like others that have had to call, NO ANSWER. They probably have the ringer off. This location is the WORST, not my first time having issues here. They should shut it down! I will not be returning to this location (13/Schoenherr) and at this point none of their locations. Nowadays there are plenty of chicken places to choose from and this will not be one of them.
