This is my go to grocery store and to purchase gas. I enjoy shopping at this location. They always have what I need. Excellent customer service.

Bad has gone worse. The quality of the store has deriorated over the past few years, especially since the pandemic has hit. Short staffed, no one to stock items in aisles, poor quality of fresh food and bakery items, I'm definitely not going back to this place anytime soon!

Bottle Returns is at the back of the store and at a seperate entrance. As a result it is dirty and poorly serviced with only 2 out of 6 machines functioning. It feels very unsafe for it to be isolated and apart from staff and other customers. Will not be returning.

Rodney the store manager and Debbie a team member or excellent and helping me find some ingredients I went to Meijers they did not have it but they were able to provide a little bit of personal shopping for me. My fiancé wanted me to make us particular dish. I was able to find all the greetings here but they're help.

Kroger 28250 Dequindre Rd, Warren, Mi This has to be one of the worst Kroger in Michigan. It is so bad that at 3:19 P.M. they did not even have their customer service open. Why did I need customer servece? I bought about 10 things including 2 packs of chicken breast that were on sale. Chicken breast were scanned(not human error) and not sale price. I pointed it out to her. She rung up 2 pack with the correct price. Did not want to stand in customer service line, so . Got home and noticed they chareged me again for the chicken breast and charged me for the 2 with the wrong price. So now instead of being overcharged $2.09 i am now over charged $14.44 MICHIGAN SCANNER LAW IF an automatic checkout system (scanner) charges you more than the displayed price of an item, AND: The transaction has been completed AND You have a receipt clearly showing the item purchased and the price charged for it. THEN, you have 30 days to contact the store (either in person or in writing). If you have found an error and have your receipt, the store may refund you the difference in pricing plus a “bonus” of ten times the difference. The bonus must be at least $1.00, but may not be more than $5.00. OK so now we get Robbert the store manager (Customer service cloesd) Robbert refuses to give the $5.00 as required my Michigan law. He says human error When the Michigan Scanner Law will NOT apply Prices are hand-rung at the register and a scanning device is not used. You notice the price mistake during your order and point it out to your cashier, who adjusts the price to the correct amount. A cashier types in a code or amount incorrectly (the item itself is not scanned). This is considered human error rather than a scanner error. You purchased a variety of item not included in the store’s advertised sale (i.e. the sign indicated that select varieties 5-12 ounces were included and you purchased a 16-ounce item of the same brand). You no longer have your receipt. You wait more than 30 days to address the issue with the store. Michigan law requires them to give me the $5.00 #1 Item was not hand-rung at the register but was scanned. #2 You notice the price mistake during your order and point it out to your cashier, who adjusts the price to the correct amount. THIS DID NOT HAPPEN !!! I was still chared the incorect price plus they charged me the correct price. They failed at correcting the problem. They still over charged me for the 2 items still on receipt and made matters worst by charging me twice for the items. I done with Kroger never going back to them again. You can keep my $5.00 but you're never getting another penny from me.

I guess the Pharmacist and techs think that they can just close up shop early instead of staying until 8pm, like they're supposed to. We need life saving medicine that we waited the whole day at work for only to come by on Friday at 6:40pm to a closed pharmacy. Guess it's another trip to the ER tonight since we aren't able to get the one thing needed to make sure we can breathe. Unprofessional. I'm disgusted. I'm angry. You have a job, stay and do it. Simple as that. Lose your job so that way no one else has to go through this, you trash excuse for a medical professional.

The staff needs to be replaced, this has been a continuous problem

First the good: The sunflowers and daisies I recently purchased lasted over a week, and cost under $10. Now the bad: the customer service desk is closed 95 percent of the time I'm there. This NEVER happened before 2020. The sign says it's due to COVID-related staffing issues, but there has been plenty of time to adjust to the "new normal." There should be at least 1 person at the desk between 9am-5pm during the week.

I'm sure everyone in here is working hard, the customer service is good, but the key component to a grocery store, according to my close friend who is a kroger manager, is the produce department. I used to be a produce clerk, i used to be a cashier.... at KROGER, but now that I am a consumer at this one and it is within walking distance of my house I realize that the produce department here needs to be managed quite a bit better. Everything I am constantly looking for is gone or about to be rotten here shortly. Covid is over, if something is out of stock get the rotten old stuff off of your green rack. Put up a sign is something is out of stock. Entirely too much poor quality produce on the shelves and cases and entirely too many holes in the produce department period.

At least they still had their main lights on for us. It was quite busy for a Sunday night after 8:30pm. Found everything we needed, basic stuff and more produce items we forgot to pick up earlier. Lunch ingredients for the week, some breakfast and simple cereals too. There was only 2 packages of the Turkey bacon, at least there were two left at least. The woman at the deli counter was cleaning the slicer but was quite amenable to us and sliced up some of the sriracha turkey breast and let us try a slice before committing to a pound and a half of it. It tasted good. Cheryl waited on us and got us in and out quick.

I've been shopping at this Kroger since it opened in the late 80's, my only complaint is that the U scan should be 15 or less items, I standing the with 2 or 3 things and you have a person with a full cart.....smh. But I get everything here, food, meds and gas.

Kroger back home is fabulous, I'm not sue what happened to this store, but I only go there for canned goods, Period!! I think this location must buy a second class food, because everything goes bad quickly, doesn't seem fresh to begin with... earlier this year I purchased some salad dressing, after getting home, and was about to use it, it expired in 2018, and probably has a shelf life of two years. So it was on the shelf for 4 years!! When returning they didn't seem surprised at all, no apology, she told me to go get a newer one. A head of lettuce goes bad within a week, ever time I've purchased one here, tomatoes? Don't even think about it, unless ur going to eat it in the parking lot. I've given this place more that enough times to redeem itself because it's so close to my house, but I will never return, and would recommend that no person purchase food from here, it's a 100% disgrace.
