Love the food here, and the service is good, but I was here on 6/27/25 and it was so incredibly hot inside, same temp as outside (90°F). It unacceptable for a place of business to be to be that hot, for the sake of the customers and not to mention making the servers work in those conditions. Owner needs to do better and remedy the issue

This Coney Island treasure is everything you want in a classic diner, and then some. Highly recommend it for anyone looking to indulge in some delicious comfort food. I’ll definitely be back!

Awesome family friendly restaurant food is delicious

Ordered kids chicken strips meal and should have been 3 strips and only received 2. Called restaurant to inform them of the mistake and sat on hold for 13 minutes and then was hung up on. I am sympathetic to it being the lunch hour and therefore they are busy. However, to be placed on hold after getting my information for 13 minutes then being hung up on is just poor service. I am disappointed as this is one of my lunchtime go to places.

Just picked up my first order! 2 coney, chili cheese fries and chicken snack. My food is delish. My fries are my old school with slice cheese and they didn't fail me!!! Omg! So fresh delish. VERY nice staff. Thank YOU all for my food!! Will come dine in next time for breakfast. Hope yall got some GRITS!!! Thank s again

Getting tired of coming in and people come in after us, and they get their order taken first. The was one table getting ready to leave and we were the only other table until a table of 3 came in. We get our drinks by the cook and the waitress takes over the drinks for the others that just came in and take their order. Umm, we were already here and the waitress didn’t even check to see if we were ready to order (which we were), before she took them. I got tired of dealing with that at another restaurant down the street and don’t really go anymore. The kicker is, this waitress used to work there mostly cleaning tables and bringing drinks.
Oh! And someone can just walk in and place a small carry out (not an order called in or DoorDash) and get their stuff before the people already waiting?
Orders should be made in the order they were received in.
One waitress to do the floor, register and carry outs and one or 2 cooks.
