Not timely and poor service. Gave us a 15-minute wait time. We walked back i. And they hadn't even put our order in the oven. We just canceled and went to the one on 12 and Hayes.

Horrible never has anything ready, pizza is folded in half, half my order was not in the pick up box workers were no where to be found several people waiting for food and service. Will never go back to this location

Ordered over the phone, lady could hardly understand what I was saying. My order was wrong cause of it. I told her twice over the phone I don't want stuffed crust. Got their they said it hasn't even been put in over yet. So waited 20 more minutes. Got my order just to see it was still wrong. They said they could remake it but it would be 30 mins. That's twice I've been there and my order was wrong.

Honestly the WORST service. Placed an online order at 5:24 for pick up at 6:45. Get in there and the “system went down” say it’s gonna be 20-30 minutes. We ask for a refund because why should we have to continue to wait-that’s the point of ordering ahead and they said they can’t give me a refund. Well I’m getting notifications an hour later where my order stands. I go back in to get my refund and your manager on duty is just shouting from the back that the system was down and wouldn’t even address or speak to us leaving the poor young man at the front counter to deal with all the upsets. There were multiple people who had ordered and they had no orders for them. We ask for the refund to be processed now and the manager again just yells from the back “I’ll process it later” not once stopping and talking to us. She was rude to us and the employee. Whoever was the manager on duty needs training on customer service. Second time we’ve ordered from this location and never got our food. This location use to be wonderful and great customer service but it’s gone very down hill and fast.

Breadsticks gave me diarrhea. I bought Jan 7 evening got sick that night and this morning. The best ones is on 10 mile in Eastpointe, 8 mile&gratiot, rowdy location but they food on point and not going to make you sick; 12 mile and on 17 mile. This one was always nasty inside, no employees just so happens they’re next to the laundromat.

First of all, this place is a mess. Like hasn’t been cleaned in days.
Secondly, my pizza order was put in at 5. Supposed to be ready by 5:40 but wasn’t until 5:55. Several people just milling around in the back doing nothing. The guy taking orders and passing out food was also cutting pizza while the others walked around. He was not putting pizzas and breads in the warmer and just left it all sitting on the ledge unheated.
The stuffed crazy bread had zero Parmesan on it. The Italian cheese bread had no garlic. The pizza didn’t taste fresh.
There are also no garlic sauce packets. Only ranch and Buffalo ranch. I order 4 garlic and got 4 ranch. Not good.
The manager of this place needs to be fired tomorrow. Or he or she can email me to make this right.
I am done with this place if I don’t receive an email. The least you could do is keep the place clean with one of the people not doing anything in the back.
