I ordered a slice-N- Sticks fresh and they gave me something that's been sitting just thre parm and butter on didn't notice until I got to work and it was lunch time. Tried calling and never got through to the actual manager. Never agai.

Ordered last night, had it delivered because i had little kids, this is the second time the food was not even cooked (the crazy breads and pizza crust were still dough) and of course the order was wrong (wrong items sent) . Tried calling, no one answers. Kids couldn't eat it, they were not happy campers, $$$ down the drain.

I grabbed a hot n ready and was shocked when my daughter opened the lid, a huge black bubble of burnt pizza right in the center. When I brought it back up the cook just smiled at me. I just shook my head. Yuck!

They tried to serve me precooked food that looks like it’s been sitting there for hours , I then asked for fresh food , they insisted that the previous food was indeed fresh , but I Was 110% sure it wasn’t , then I asked for something different and the lady with missing teeth kept talking about how she’s going to get her son drunk later tonight in the middle of me trying to order something different , also in the same breath she seemed as if she didn’t want to make my food by asking the cashier “So you’re gonna make me make that ?” , overall their food is terrible service is unprofessional and to be honest I’m not sure if she washed her hands , I’m Giving you my honest experience I have no hate in my heart

They never cut the pizza properly, and usually something is wrong with a simple pizza. Like I order a extra most and I get almost no pepperoni. You can tell staff could care less about your food

Poor pizza. I've been too a great many Little Ceasers pizzas in metro Detroit and some just taste like cardboard. Unfortunately this location is one of them. Not a staff member above the age of 25 i.m.o. Waited a good long while for a hot and ready as well.

Unfortunately, the last two times I have visited this location I have had the same issue. When I arrived home to open the “ Hot N’ Ready Pizza” the pizza was not cut. When i say not cut, there was not even an attempt to cut it(0 lines in the pizza). Frustrated, I called to speak with a manager to let them know I’ve had the same two issues back to back times. I was placed on hold two separate times which totaled over 40 minutes and hung up after wasting enough time. All I was doing was trying to explain in a polite way their mistakes and I was pushed to the side. Over the 10-15 little Caesar’s locations I have been to over the last 20 years this one ranks dead last.
