The Little Caesars on Hoover at Engleman gave us on Sunday. The worst pizza I have ever seen or tasted in my entire life and I am 63 years old. We threw it away. It was cold soggy undercooked the bread, and the Italian cheese. Bread wasn’t much better, but we did eat that. I order ahead online went to pick it up. Had to wait in line quite a while because they could only wait on one person at a time which could be the resident was cold however it was so nasty. It wouldn’t have really helped to reheat it.

This little Caesar’s pizza 🍕 location is not too bad compared to the other locations that are few miles or more apart. However, this location is a little faster than the one near 11 mile road and Hoover road. Sometimes this location will be short on staff, which will take the orders a little longer to pick up. They haven’t use the pizza 🍕 portal for a while compared to the other locations that used the pizza 🍕 portal a lot. This location doesn’t get as busy as the one near 10 mile road and Buick street. That location has fast service, but it can get jammed packed inside the place and the parking lot 🅿️ can get almost full, lol 😂. Nonetheless, all the little Caesar’s location has its ups and downs with customer service and speed of service.
Parking: The parking lot 🅿️ will get almost full depending on the day and time. Also, there will be customers, Uber drivers, dashers and GrubHub drivers placing and picking up orders.
Wheelchair accessibility: I wouldn’t say this location has a lot of space inside the restaurant besides outside of the restaurant, because sometimes the inside of the restaurant can be cramped or jammed packed when it’s busy.

I'm still trying to figure out how in the world this place is still open. I've lived in center line for 5 years and in 5 years. I've tried the drive through of this Little Caesars 3 times and all 3 times seeing cars in the drive through. I have never one time been asked what my order was or addressed at all... so all 3 times I have driven away.. Putting a cone in front of the window, you pick the food up from and not the window you order at doesn't solve this problem. So to the genius management that thought this was a good idea. Get more cones, dipstick.

Absolutely trash. No such thing as a hot and ready pizza here... only if you want to wait 25+ minutes. Don't bother ordering ahead either because it all won't be ready when they say either.
Always an extended wait when I visit, be prepared, drive thru only currently. In addition, today I pull into the drive thru and no one greets me for almost five minutes. They are pathetic. Shame on me for going back.
