Used to enjoy going here but the last handful of times have ruined it... Closes before the time posted on random days. Drive thru takes 20+ minutes without many cars in line. Only one lane open when there are 2 and the screen doesn't work anyway. My last pizza looked like it was stored on its side and it was cold. How did i wait so long for a regular hot n ready n it was cold

Placed an online order at 7:25pm , was shown that the order would be ready at 7:44. Tracked order at 7:50 and was still shown being processed. Called the place & they told me another 30 mins. I went in at 9.. THATS about 1 1/2 hrs later from when order was placed. Front lady checked system and said it would be another 15mins . I told her to check the back to make sure , clearly my order was just sitting in the back cause she came back around 5 mins later with my order. It’s a VERY disorganized place.

I wish I could leave no stars. Every time I go here people are angry. They’re waiting hours for the food. Staff is horrible for customer service, and the food is garbage. It’s always wrong always cold, I took pics of it. Spend $50 and can’t eat half of it. I will never do business with this store again in my life.

Terrible service waited in line for drive thru almost 1 hour because the lobby was closed and was "short staffed" after I ordered a in store pickup more than an hour ago, they said that pickup has to wait in line with other people that dont have pickups and is taking forever, never coming back worst place ever.

Until they are done selling those Crazy Puffs.... Patience is definitely a must because the wait can and will be long even when doing and online order.

Service is awful I waited 15 mins at the counter with one person ahead of me. He also waited. Pizza was old and cold. Drive thru is closed. Terrible experience all the way around. I couldn't even get the deal for $1 off the puffs with a classic pizza. The guy couldn't find the deal on the screen with the signs in front of me. Worst place ever.

Horrible service. I ordered ahead of time, picked pizza portal and still waited in store over an hour because someone else (EMPHASIS ON SOMEONE ELSE) got an attitude and all the workers decided to hide in the back. Manager tells him to fill out an application then stayed in the back until 45 min later someone in the store calls the place and says they're waiting for their portal. He then comes out holding his phone saying hey who called me... There were 10 ppl in the place waiting. Oh, and the only reason I'm in line is because the email said they couldn't put it in the portal for whatever idiotic reason. It was one pizza & one bread stick order. It was cold when I finally got it. I get delays, but the customer service was beyond pathetic
