The worst little Caesar’s to exist and I’m originally from the west side of Detroit. Food is never what I’ve ordered. Over cooked flat pizza with no sauce. My last straw was me ordering a Pepperoni cheese bread where they cut a 4pc deep dish into slices as if I wouldn’t notice all the sauce. The franchise owner should be reported. UPDATE: STILL HORRIBLE PIZZA. I DON'T KNOW WHY I KEEP DOING IT TO MYSELF ATP

Called in my order was told it would be 20 minutes and when I went to pick up my order 20 minutes later I still had to wait 25 more minutes. When I called to order the guy who answered said what up? How unprofessional? When I walked in the store was dirty. I watched a guy making pizzas eating pepperonis. All 3 of my pizzas were made incorrectly. All 3 of my bread sticks were hard and burnt.

I'm Muslim I don't eat paperoni but when I eat the pizza under 1 slices I find 2 pieces of paperoni in my pizza. When I called the store the manager answered the phone and don't Evan know how to talk to a customer and didn't even apologize. I asked him to ask whoever make the pizza tell him/ her why they did that.

Just left the store, they gave me all drums no flats too much pepper, and the pizza was over cooked. Tried to call twice, 1st time left on hold for minutes, second time was on hold for 15 minutes still no answer

This place is the worse! We keep trying to give them a chance but for the past several months it’s been nothing but disappointment every time we order! The pizza is thin and always has a disgusting amount of sauce on it, the puffs and crazy bread are always overcooked and burnt. Wait times for orders even placed ahead of time are never ready and they are always giving the wrong orders out. Tonight was the last straw as there was so much sauce it was dripping down all over while trying to eat and we were initially given the wrong order.

raw dough and absolute abomination of a simple pizza for only a 30+ minute wait. og in the back looks at it and says its a good piece so i just got it refunded. lobby full of people waiting over an hour and just getting their refunds, staff needs better training but tbh, just shut this one down atp bc it’s actually wild af.

I should have learned my lesson by now but I will never go to this location ever again. Anytime I go into the store. There’s never hot and ready’s ready and anytime I order online. It’s always later than it says it’s going to be and the last three times I’ve ordered delivery. It has not been correct and when I tried to call to get a refund, I was told I will get 25% of my order, which was only five dollars when almost half my order was wrong. The crazy bread is always burnt and overcooked. I don’t recommend going to this place. I will drive much farther away to get little Caesars Pizza when this one is a couple blocks away.
