Placed an online order at 6pm. Didn’t get any notification until 7:30pm. Was ready for pickup at 7:50pm. I get there at 7:58pm and the lady working the front counter aggressively yells at everyone coming in saying they are closed. Never got my pizza.

Hours say they open at 10:30am. Ordered our pizza to be ready at 6:30pm. My fiancé went to pick up the pizza and they refused to let him in the building, saying they “weren’t open yet” even though our order was in fact… ready. They made every person that was there to pick up their food wait outside for almost 20 minutes before letting anyone in.

Place is nasty. Ordered a pizza and puffs. Pizza was half cooked. All vegetables were cold as if they were added after it gone through the oven. Cheese wasn't completely melted. Puffs was hastily packed unwell. I contacted corporate and demanding a refund. RIDICULOUS place. I know LC isn't much of a pizza but dang at least try.
