This place needs to close I haven’t been here one time in the last 3 months were there hot n ready was actually ready between 4 n 8 and don’t bother ordering ahead cuz u will show up to order still not ready lucky if they started it then give u a excuse that there short staffed every time I mean every time it’s crazy

I ordered my pizza over the phone asked the person to read it back, when I got there I still had to wait 15 extra minutes and my order was all wrong I asked them to just add the butter and parmesan so they charged me extra which wasn’t a problem but they just literally squirted on one half of the crust leaving the other half dry and you couldn’t even see the parmesan on the pizza I just got a refund and walked out however from the looks of the workers I’m glad I did they looked like they literally climbed out the trash can clothes were filthy and face was unwashed

I have been here twice in 2 weeks! Whoever the owner is should just shut this place down! The staff treat customers absolutely horrible! My food was in the portal and it wasn't working. When the the manager was at the cash register, I asked if I could get my food out of the portal. Now I have been waiting for 10 minutes. I paid ahead so I didn't have to wait. After I approached her, she told me there was nothing in her portal. I could clearly see my order. Then she told me to get back in line and wait for a cashier! What kind of customer service is that! So I get back in line and wait. I ask for permission to proceed to the cashier who appears stoned and he ends up pulling my food out of the..... PORTAL! I won't even go into the other experience. This place is absolutely awful! Don't waste your time, money or energy to get there! Place is also filthy! Every negative post on here is the truth!

My sister, Michelle, and I just went to this location and they are very unprofessional. Jayla was the girl that took our order. (I do not know the name of the other girl involved so I’ll just call her Kay just so it doesn’t get too confusing. But they both have locs similar to one another.) So we ordered a stuffed crust cheese and Italian cheese bread. Now although it was my fault for not saying anything when we first ordered it, I did mention something to Kay when she first got to work and finally made her way up to the front. I mentioned that we do not want butter and parm on our pizza. She told me they don’t do that unless we order it that way. I said “okay because there has been a few times where we have come in and ordered this same exact order and they put butter and parm on it.” She assured me they don’t. Then when I asked her to go back there and let them know that we don’t want it on there (because good communication keeps mistakes from being made) she told me “ they won’t do it” and never went back there to let them know our request. Well they brought it out and it had butter and parm on it. So while we waited for Kay to come back up so we can have it redone, I hear the Jayla in the back who we placed our order with yell “Michelle doesn’t have anything else. Why is she still standing there. Go ask her what she needs”. When Kay comes back up we explained the situation and she took our order back to Jayla. And we hear Jayla yell “they didn’t say that”. We did! Again, I will take the blame for not mentioning it to Jayla at the beginning but when we told Kay she was absolutely aware of our request and refused to pass our message on to the back-of-house. When it was finally done correctly and brought back up to us, Kay just set it on the counter and mumbled something that I couldn’t hear. I asked her “is that ours?” and she says “yeah” in a very annoyed tone like she was mad at us. Which isn’t fair because we told HER specifically that we did not want butter and parm on it and to please mention it to them in the back. Anyways, I am sorry on my behalf for not asking for it in the beginning like I should have but if it doesn’t come with butter and parm unless requested (that’s directly told to me from Kay herself) then it should’ve never been put on regardless. Please talk to your employees at this location about proper communication and integrity. Kay should’ve owned up to it instead of being mad at us when she brought up our fixed order. And Jayla needs to learn to not be so quick to get mad and yell so customers can hear her when there’s an issue. If she’s the manager, she should’ve come up and asked us what’s wrong. Again, I am sorry for having you guys remake the order but I did mention something about it and the ball was dropped in your court. Thank you for remaking it though.
Also if they say this never happened you can check the cameras and see. It was between 3pm-4pm, Sunday November 9th, 2025.

This location cannot make an order on time if their lives depended on it. I eat here often because it’s on my way to work and more often than not my order is 10-20 minutes late. It’s as if they don’t start your order until you get there. They never use the Pizza Portal so you have to wait in line every time, even if you ordered online. Pizzas are very poorly made, my previous lunch combo barely had any sauce on it. The employees are constantly arguing and yelling at each other and the several customers who are always waiting are visibly uncomfortable.

This place is always an absolute mess! Literally physically staff sucks and they always take an over exaggerated time on making pizzas with times up to an hour.

Like today I ordered a doordash and it took almost an hour to receive it amd the dadher kindly waited way longer than expected I cant stand them
