Terrible service, waited for order, carry out only, food was the worst, $ spent to just throw away, food tasted like is was reheated, days old, gummy, found a piece of hair, even the soup was yucky. Will Never go there again, totally, the place has gone downhill. Once the go to place, has become the place not to go!!!

Nothing more to say than the food is just awful, with all of the options available please go with something else. I've eaten here dozens of times and I've never had an experience where my food doesn't taste like a frozen microwavable meal. Service and cook time and deliver etc. is fine no complaints though. Still not worth it, please do better as one of my local spots but after the about 20th time I think I am done eating here as this is genuinely the worst food I have ever consumed in my entire life.

The almond chicken was good the orange chicken was very mushy , the lady was very nice but this is the first time I went to a restaurant that serves almond chicken and didn’t get no fortune cookies !

I was there for the first time because I heard they were pretty good. I had an unpleasant experience, my vegetable fried rice had a few pieces of broccoli, a couple snap peas that is not vegetable fried rice. The gravy was not brown gravy. It was like a tan color and it didn’t have good flavor. I will not go back.. I ordered almond chicken and vegetable fried rice, and there was a charge for the vegetable fried by expected to taste good

I'm never coming back here. My first time is my last time. I ordered 2 shrimp egg rolls. Not one shrimp was in the egg roll so I paid for shrimp egg roll and just got an egg roll and they have poor customer service never again.

Well, since they’re not doing a restaurant anymore, I wasn’t gonna go back because I didn’t like how they made the sweet-and-sour chicken and I thought I would give them one more time and this last time I ordered chicken fried rice and a couple other small things and when I took a bite out of the chicken fried rice, it was awful. It tasted like Cardboard, no flavor no taste, and it was so much bean sprouts in there I know bean sprouts gets put in fried rice, but this was way too much.I just didn’t like it and the last time that I got sweet-and-sour chicken it was awful. They gave you this little tiny thing of sweet-and-sour sauce to put over a big amount that they gave you so needless to say I had none at home to put on anymore on then they give you just a couple packets of soy sauce and their egg rolls was another one that tasted like cardboard nothing but bean sprouts in it there was no meat nothing it was awful. I will never go back there again. I only went the last time because our other favorite place was closed that week.

Lotus Pond has always been my #1 go to for Chinese food! While their food is hit or miss these days, after last night, we probably won't be back! I ordered via the website, simple and easy! Husbands goes to pick up the food. Lady at the windows gives him the food and he asks her if it was everything. She says, very rudely, yes this is your order and sends him on his way. Husband doesn't check the order because we've never had an issue. Husband gets home and it's not even remotely close to what we ordered. I called and the lady answered the phone. I told her we got the wrong order. She proceeds to tell me that my husband is a liar and he told her that this order was in fact our order. She kept telling me that my husband was a liar over and over. I told her she gave him the order and she said no, he was a liar. Then tells me to bring the food back. I asked hwr for a discount since we were being inconvenienced. She said no and demanded i bring the food back. Husband takes the food back, lady yells at him calling him a liar. He yelled back after 5 minutes of her calling him a liar and she shut up. Funny enough our order was there ready for pick up. The food was not bad, but man oh man... what a fiasco!

Extremely poor quality food. It was obvious the meal had been prepared days in advance and simply microwaved before pickup. The flavor was bland and uninspired, making it a very disappointing experience.
