My son placed a mobile order (Sat, Jan 18th 8:20 am) and when we arrived at the drive-thru, my daughter (who works at a McDonalds) and I wanted to place our order. The employee said we would have to get back in drive-thru line to place another order. My daughter said that was not policy, that they could take our order. The service person refused, I did get a little heated and we left. We went to another McDonalds and they said they can take another order with a mobile order, as my daughter said they could. So the service at this McDonald's is horrible and they lie about what they can and cannot do. Will never go back.

Was picking up a mobile order that was already placed and paid for, and placing an order for my sister, but was told I could not pick up an order and place one at the same time. I asked if I could just add onto my order and was told no that I needed to pick up the mobile order drive around the building and place another order even though there was no one else in line. I said forget it I’ll just pick up the mobile order, when I got my daughter’s McDouble with only ketchup n cheese, it was actually a cheeseburger that was drowning in ketchup to the point where it was leaking out of the wrapper. I gave it back and asked for a new one and waited 12 minutes for them to make a new one, again there was no one else there in line. They gave me the diet pop marked as regular, and the regular pop marked as diet. The girl at the window that handed me my order, apologized and said she was so sorry for everything that happened. I was at the drive-through on January 12, 2025 at 2:15 PM. Needless to say I didn’t place the second order even though there was no line I can happily go somewhere else, obviously whoever is taking the orders and preparing them has no Customer Service training nor do they care. The girl at the window giving out the food was nice, but the rest were terrible.

Every time I go there, there’s nobody in line and I’ll have to pull forward. Get my food, and it tastes like it’s days old. Today, I got a medium fry, and it’s less than 1/2 full. Why am I paying $3 for a half empty thing of fries.

They serve customers food that is made with old oil, the employees refuse to change the oil then when you get upset 3 females want to attack me, so I’m reporting the whole establishment to the health department and the BB. Have a nice day 🫡

I went to the Drive Thru with a mobile order and was told it was already served. This puzzled me because I had placed the order 2 minutes earlier. I was told to refresh the app, but not told how. I finally went inside and was rudely told that the serving area was closed. I explained my problem and showed them my order number on the screen. I finally got my food but, McDonald's usually excellent fries were now cold. I hope the restaurant sees this post and acts accordingly to fix these errors in the future.

I placed an order for delivery through the app. Hamburger happy meal, no mustard , no onions on the burger. I got a cheeseburger with everything. The wrapper had a sticker on staying hamburger no mustard no onions,! Seems someone was a smart a** and purposefully put in a cheeseburger. I called and was told to contact door dash for a refund! 🤦🏻♀️ It wasn’t a celery issue!

My bacon quarter pounder with cheese was raw not just a little pink but cold to the touch raw the bacon was so burnt it was black some of my fries were still raw and still half frozen and some were over cooked my nuggets were so old they were hard will never eat here again
