Food was as expected for McDonald's, serviceable for breakfast. Appear to be VERY understaffed as the service was slow (would call it medium food instead of fast food) but the people working the drive thru were friendly.
Make sure you tell them to hold the hair. Found a hair in my Big Mac. None of the employees wear hairnets

I've been doordashing for over a year in McDonald's located at 10 Mile and Hoover in Warren hands down Takes the Cake for the worst experience I've ever dealt with at any McDonald's doordashing or personal. I've had three people ask me who work here by the way one of the workers appears to be heavily intoxicated took a smoke break while he made me park in the first position to wait for my food and I'm watching him smoke cuz I'm waiting for the client's food.
Can’t even get a simple order correct. Not busy. Asks if we had drinks, after handing out the bag. Then gives use a bun with nothing in it. Seriously these people don’t even deserve minimum wage if they can’t read. Not even sure why I give them a chance.

I ordered curbside and pulled into the spot. I sat and waited for a while then I waved at the person in the store and They gave me a thumbs up indicating that my food would be coming. Still standing outside my vehicle, the drive through person asked, are you waiting for a curb side order. They asked me what i ordered and then said they gave it away to somebody in another spot. I let them know that I was there the entire time and no one was in the other spot. Instead of handling it quickly as i had now been parked and waiting for 15 minutes, They looked at me dumbfounded. I had to get to work so I left having paid for a meal i did not get. Don't stop here go to another location.

Apparently it’s an issue to ask for ketchup, napkins, and straws with your order. Oh yeah, the correct order with freshly made, hot food too! Smh This place is a dump!

lady at the window had a horrible attitude, first they couldn't even scan my app to add mypoints then my total went up $2 at the window, then i asked for a hi c with no ice, and was still given it with ice, then was told it couldnt be replaced, so i had to make them remake it, then gave me a mcflurry half full. never coming here again
